About the role
Snapmint is looking for a Project Manager who will be required to assist Snapmint’s merchants with our product integration. The role is of tech support where an individual will be assisting our merchants while implementing our services onto their platforms. You will be working closely with the Product, Tech, and Business teams to understand the product suites and its implementation and will have ownership of diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues reported by the merchants.
