Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Database Administrator (DBA) to manage, maintain, and optimize our database environments. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring high availability, performance, security, and integrity of databases supporting business-critical applications. This role requires strong technical expertise combined with a proactive approach to risk management and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Install, configure, manage, and maintain database systems across development, testing, and production environments.

·      Monitor database performance and proactively perform tuning, indexing, and query optimisation to ensure optimal system efficiency.

·      Design and implement robust backup, recovery, and disaster-recovery strategies to safeguard data.

·      Ensure data availability, accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

·      Implement and manage database security, including user access controls, encryption, and vulnerability management.

·      Perform regular health checks, capacity planning, and performance reporting.

·      Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to support deployments and resolve database-related issues.

·      Troubleshoot and resolve database incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and business impact.

·      Maintain documentation related to database architecture, procedures, and standards.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

· 2-5 years of hands-on experience as a Database Administrator or in a similar role.

· Proven experience managing production databases in high-availability environments.

· Relevant database certifications (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB) will be an added advantage.

Key Skills & Competencies:

· Strong expertise in one or more database technologies: Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB.

· In-depth understanding of database architecture, indexing strategies, and query optimization techniques.

· Experience with backup, recovery, replication, and disaster-recovery planning.

· Knowledge of database security best practices and compliance requirements.

· Ability to analyze performance issues and implement long-term solutions.

· Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and scripting (Shell, Python, or similar).

Job Responsibilities

As a Mobile App Developer, you will need to:

• Flutter: To build cross-platform mobile apps for Android, IOS. This should include making responsive UIs to efficiently query data and also manage states in an optimised manner.
• Native Android and IOS: To build custom Flutter Packages.
• Firebase: Should have experience with Cloud Fire Database, Push Notifications, Cloud Functions and Analytics.
• Adobe XD: Should know how to use Adobe XD to use the design file and use it to build the app.
• Git: To manage and collaborate in different projects with the rest of the team.
• Design and build sophisticated and highly scalable apps using Flutter.
• Build custom packages in Flutter using the functionalities and APIs already available in native Android and IOS.
• SQLite: Understanding of persisting data with the SQLite database.
• Experienced in working with remote data via REST and JSON.
• Use CI/CD for smooth deployment.
• Must have built at least one Android, iOS, apps with Flutter or Hybrid Framework.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or related fields

Key skills for Mobile App Developer

- Experience: 2 – 3 Years Flutter Developer, Android & IOS,

IT Infrastructure & System Administration 

• Manage Windows/Linux servers, desktop systems, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtual environments (VMware/Hyper-V) 

• Monitor system performance and implement improvements for efficiency and availability 

• Oversee patch management, backups, disaster recovery, and security configurations 

• Ensure IT compliance, conduct audits, and maintain detailed documentation

DevOps & Cloud Operations 

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools 

• Manage container orchestration using Kubernetes; deploy infrastructure using Terraform 

• Administer and optimise AWS cloud infrastructure 

• Automate deployment, monitoring, and alerting solutions for production environments 

Security, Maintenance & Support 

• Define and enforce IT and DevOps security policies and procedures 

• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for system failures and outages 

• Provide Tier 2/3 support and resolve complex system and production issues 

Collaboration & Communication 

• Coordinate IT projects (e.g., upgrades, migrations, cloud implementations) 

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams for release cycles and production deployments

Qualifications & Skills 

• Bachelor's or master’s in computer science, IT, or related field 

• 3-8 years of experience in IT systems administration and/or DevOps roles 

• Proficiency in: 

o Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Linux systems 

o Cloud platforms (preferably AWS) o CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.) 

o Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Python/Shell scripting 

o Database management (MySQL, MongoDB) 

• Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, AWS, DevOps) are a plus 

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Windows operating systems. 

• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and other Windows-based services. 

• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). 

• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell).

Job Responsibilities

As a Quality Analyst Engineer, you will be expected to:

· Thoroughly analyze project requirements, design specifications, and user stories to understand the scope and objectives.

· Arrange, set up, and configure necessary test environments for effective test case execution.

· Participate in and conduct review meetings to discuss test plans, test cases, and defect statuses.

Execute manual test cases with precision, analyze results, and identify deviations from expected behavior.

· Accurately track, log, prioritize, and manage defects through their lifecycle, ensuring clear communication with developers until resolution.

· Maintain continuous and clear communication with the Test Manager and development team regarding testing progress, roadblocks, and critical findings.

· Develop, maintain, and manage comprehensive test documentation, including:

o Detailed Test Plans

o Well-structured Test Cases for various testing processes

o Concise Summary Reports on test execution and defect status

o Thorough Test Data preparation for test cases

o "Lessons Learned" documents based on testing inputs from previous projects

o "Suggestion Documents" aimed at improving overall software quality

o Clearly defined Test Scenarios

· Clearly report identified bugs to developers with precise steps to reproduce, expected results, and actual results, facilitating efficient defect resolution

Mandatory Experience Requirement

• Total experience: More than 7 years in Software Testing / Quality Assurance
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Automation Testing
• Experience in:
• Mobile Application Testing (Android/iOS)
• Web Application Automation
• Automation frameworks and scripting tools
• Strong understanding of QA processes and defect lifecycle management

Key Responsibilities
