What You’ll Do

· Design and deliver training programs focused on AI tools, productivity workflows, and new-age skills

· Build a structured L&D framework to upskill employees across functions

· Create engaging learning content, guides, playbooks, and SOPs

· Conduct workshops, 1:1 coaching, and group learning sessions

· Enable teams to use GenAI tools for faster execution and better problem-solving

· Identify skill gaps and user challenges to create targeted learning interventions

· Support adoption of AI-driven processes for marketing, design, product, and tech teams

· Continuously evaluate training effectiveness and drive improvements

What We’re Looking For

· 3–4 years of experience in L&D, training, or instructional design

· Experience in conducting training programs or workshops (corporate or academic)

· Strong understanding of GenAI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Notion AI, etc.

· Ability to simplify and teach complex concepts to non-technical users

· Strong communication and storytelling abilities

· Proactive, structured, detail-oriented, and passionate about a learning culture

Requirement:

• 6-7 years of hands-on experience in manual testing involving functional, non-functional, regression, and integration testing in a structured environment.
• Candidate should have exceptional communication skills.
• Should have work experience in data comparison testing.
• Experience in testing web-based applications.
• Able to define the scope of testing.
• Experience in testing large-scale solutions integrating multiple source and target systems.
• Experience in API testing.
• Experience in Database verification using SQL queries.
• Experience working in an Agile team.
• Should be able to work in UK hours and attend the Agile Ceremonies.
• Having a good understanding of Data Migration projects will be a plus.
• GenAI: Experience with any GenAI LLM solution will be a plus.

Business Analyst - AI Product

We're seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support our AI product development. You'll work closely with the Product Manager to translate product vision into clear, actionable JIRA user stories and handle key administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and maintain well-structured JIRA user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Support product documentation and requirements gathering
• Coordinate across teams and manage administrative workflows
• Assist in stakeholder communication and reporting

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong experience writing technical user stories and working with JIRA
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
