Role and Responsibilities
Need a graphic designer who should be able to conceptualise campaigns and execute eye-catching and professional email designs. With the desire to learn organisational and business values, they should be able to determine the requirements and produce exceptional work.

• Understand the brief, participate in brainstorming and produce creative designs that result in an engaging consumer journey. 
• Collaborate with the marketing team and copywriters to understand the exact requirements and expectations. 

• Be a great team player and coordinate with other design teams to seek and provide design assistance.
• Use proficient creative software skills to create a variety of static and motion graphics for communication design. 
• Learn business requirements and organisational values to adapt the same in designs. 

• Understand how creatives are performing via analysing performance data and incorporate the same understanding into subsequent creatives.

Roles and Responsibilities : 

Experience in Java Fundamentals, OOPS concepts, collections, designing spring boot micro services.
•Should have worked of Angular, NodeJS, React JS and REST services
•Designing, developing, and delivering high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical
systems.
•Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.
•Write well designed, testable, efficient code.
•Ensure designs follow specifications.
•Prepare and produce releases of software components.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Technical Guidance: You will provide technical leadership to a team of excellent software
engineers; this requires that you have the technical depth to make complex design decisions

practices and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. You should be familiar with agile
practices as well as be able to adapt these to the needs of the business, with a constant focus

software development practices and tools, and the proven ability to adapt, champion and
institute good practices and tools
3. You must have a degree in Computer Science or related field. Strong understanding of
object-oriented programming, concurrency and fundamentals of computer-science
