Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Hirect, CutShort, etc.), social media, referrals, and headhunting
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/HR rounds
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment MIS
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements
- Negotiate salary, roll out offer letters, and follow up for timely joining
- Achieve defined TAT (Turnaround Time) and closure targets
- Coordinate with vendors/consultancies for bulk hiring when needed
- Assist in employer branding activities on social media and job platforms
