JOB TITLE/HEADLINE: Fintech Product Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• We are looking for a motivated self-starter with having customer-centric approach who thrives on working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving business and is keen to build differentiated value prop for the customer.
• Who has hands-on experience in developing & managing Credit Card product
• Will end to end manage the product’s core value proposition, including product collaterals, customer communication, etc.?
• Design, develop and launch a new product in the market.
• Will manage end to end customer journeys, processes and customer experience.
• Cross-functional ( Technology, Risk, Compliance, Operations) engagement to drive product development and usage.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Manage product segment, drive and track customer value proposition.
• Product Pricing and usage analytics
• Product features, offering, cross-selling, up-selling strategies
• Understanding and bundling 3rd party products and services
• Referral programs, customer engagement and retention
• Product Management, product roll-out and coordination
• Manage all product collaterals & customer engaging properties such as customer statements etc.
• Manage all the processes related to value prop delivery and fulfilment
• Manage customer communication throughout the customer journey and create delighters for the customer through assertive communication
• Create and manage customer communication channels like SMS, Email, Whatsapp, IVR and mobile app notifications.
• Track and identify features utilisation and drive higher feature penetration. Create & manage product utilisation dashboards. Publish reports of product depth & feature penetration to senior stakeholders.
• Engage with a partner to identify opportunities to introduce new features through competition benchmarking
• Have cross-functional engagement with internal & external stakeholders to drive product development and higher product usage.
• Drive internal governance processes for launching any product, method etc.

• BE / B.Tech. (Premier/Tier I), MBA (Premier/Tier I) with total work experience of 3+ years preferably in Fintech

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Develop and maintain high-quality Android applications using Kotlin programming language.
• Design, build and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable code.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Work with external data sources and APIs.
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Android development using Java and Kotlin.
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, Android UI design principles, and Material Design.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
• Understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
• Familiarity with continuous integration.
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming, software design patterns and algorithms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Company is an award winning Agri-Tech startup that uses global leadership and expertise in the areas of agriculture and technology to transform the age-old practices of the dairy business to a modern and interesting way of doing the same by infusing technology into farmers’ lives. We are solving the burning problems of dairy farmers by extending the highly lacking technology support to the farmers. We plan to provide AI/Vet, E-commerce, and Fin-tech services to the farmers and simultaneously solve the last mile delivery problem using technology.

It is a purely tech-oriented company and is founded by alumni from IIT Roorkee and London School of Economics. The MoooFarm research team has developed and patented World’s first Cattle Facial Recognition, and is also working with Microsoft for cattle disease detection using udder image.

Experience:

• 8+ years of industry experience in product based companies.
• Have engineering management experience in a high-growth B2C startup or medium-sized product-focused B2C tech company
• Demonstrated track-record of delivering well-engineered products with modern technologies.
• Experience in building and architecting products along with exposure to frontend development / Mobile / Web Apps development.
• Experience building full-stack applications with hands-on experience in the combination of programming languages: React JS, Node JS, Python, AWS, Java, microservices, etc.
• Strong expertise on one or more SQL/NO-SQL databases (MySQL, Mongo, Postgres, etc.)
• Exposure to multiple cutting edge open-source frameworks required to build microservices architecture (API Management and Testing, Messaging - Kafka, SQS, RabbitMQ, etc. Monitoring - NewRelic, ELK, etc. Container orchestration. ).
• Experience in building, deployment and maintaining high scale applications on public cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Expertise in agile software development processes, continuous integration, test automation and tools like Confluence, Git, Jenkins, and Jira.

Skills

• Have published at least one original React JS Application.
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.

Roles 

Should be able to single-handedly build performant mobile apps on the React JS platform. You will be responsible for architecting and building these applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure. Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is required.

Responsibilities 

• Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across web platforms.
• Leverage APIs for deep integrations with web platforms.
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.
• Writing application interface codes using JavaScript following react.js workflows.
• Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
• Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.
• Monitoring and improving front-end performance.

• Expertise in AWS, OS & networking
• Having good exposure on Infra & Application security
• Expertise in Python, Shell scripting
• Proficient with Devops tools Terraform, Jenkins, Ansible, Docker, GIT
