Job Title: Full Stack Developer (0 to 3 years work experience) Reports to: Team Lead – Development Team

Position Overview: We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (0–3 years) who can go beyond code to understand and solve real business problems. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable writing efficient, scalable software and articulating complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A successful candidate will combine solid development skills with logical reasoning, solution-oriented thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Job Description:

1. Application Development:

• Assist in developing and maintaining web applications using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and MS SQL.
• Support the frontend development using React and JavaScript to deliver clean and responsive interfaces.
• Translate basic business requirements into functional code under guidance from senior developers.

2. Database Management:

• Write and test SQL queries to support application features.
• Understand relational database design and learn performance optimization techniques.

3. Collaboration & Teamwork:

• Collaborate with team members, including developers, QA, product managers, and designers to deliver features on time.
• Participate in sprint planning and team discussions to gain exposure to agile methodologies.

4. Code Quality & Debugging:

• Follow standard coding practices, version control protocols, and internal documentation norms.
• Learn to identify and fix bugs with mentorship from senior team members engineering processes.

5. Learning & Growth:

• Stay updated with relevant technologies and frameworks to continuously improve your development skills.
• Show curiosity and initiative in learning best practices, tools, and design patterns.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 0 to 3 years of hands-on experience in software development using any of the following: C#, ASP.NET, React, JavaScript, SQL
• Strong interest in building full-stack applications and working in a product-driven environment
• Logical reasoning and a proactive attitude toward learning and problem-solving
• Basic understanding of object-oriented programming, web technologies, and databases
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn from peers and mentor

1. Develop and maintain server-side logic and APIs using Node.js.
2. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
3. Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable backend solutions.
4. Work with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
5. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
6. Follow best practices for testing, deployment, and code quality.
7. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in backend

Key Accountability;

• Performs implementation of high level design and specifications.

• Performs Unit testing of individually developed components and fix errors, if any

• Assist in preparation of design, technical reference & operational documentation, packaging document in collaboration with the Lead.

• Ensure proper documentation of implementation and reviews.

• Ensure timely follow ups and escalations with leads with respect to any process gaps/risks/impediments.

We are looking to hire a skilled WordPress developer to design and implement attractive and functional websites for our clients. You will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development including the implementation of WordPress themes and plugins as well as site integration and security updates.

WordPress Developer Responsibilities:

• Meeting with clients to discuss website design and function.
• Designing and building the website front-end.
• Creating the website architecture.
• Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration.
• Generating WordPress themes and plugins.
• Conducting website performance tests.
• Troubleshooting content issues.
• Conducting WordPress training with the client.
• Monitoring the performance of the live website.

You will be a part of a full-stack creative team that is responsible for all aspects of the ongoing software development from the initial specification, through to developing, testing and launching.

• Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, HTML5, CSS3.

• Write clean , well-designed code

• Produce detailed specifications

• Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality

• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle

• Follow industry best practices

• Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary

• Proven software development experience in PHP

• Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX

• Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and of developing RESTful web services

The Role

Based in Jaipur or Pune, you will be working in a collaborative team on cutting edge technologies in a supportive and dynamic environment. Ultimately you are responsible for building the CODI and on-boarding new clients - this involves:

• Developing a good understanding of the solutions which Peak delivers, and how these link to Peak’s overall strategy.
• Making suggestions towards shaping the strategy for a feature and engineering design.
• Managing own workload and usually delivering unsupervised. Accountable for their own workstream or the work of a small team.  
• Understanding Engineering priorities and is able to focus on these, helping others to remain focussed too
• Acting as the Lead Engineer on a project. Helps ensure others follow Peak processes, such as release and version control.
• An active member of the team, through useful contributions to projects and in team meetings.
• Supervising others. Deputising for a Lead and/or support them with tasks. Mentoring new joiners/interns and Masters students. Sharing knowledge and learnings with the team.

Required Skills and Experience

We are building a team of world class engineers in Jaipur / Pune, essentially we are looking for bright, talented engineers looking to work at the cutting edge of practical AI.

• Acquired strong proven professional programming experience.
• Strong command of Algorithms, Data structures, Design patterns, and Product Architectural Design.
• Good understanding of DevOps, Cloud technologies, CI/CD, Serverless and Docker, preferable AWS 
• Proven track record and expert in one of the field - DevOps/Frontend/Backend
• Excellent coding and debugging skills in any language with command on any one programming paradigm, preferred Javascript/Python/Go
• Experience with at least one of the Database systems - RDBMS and NoSQL
• Ability to document requirements and specifications.
• A naturally inquisitive and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong experience in using AGILE or SCRUM techniques to build quality software.
• Advantage: experience in React js, AWS, Nodejs, Golang, Apache Spark, ETL tool, data integration system, certification in AWS, worked in a Product company and involved in making it from scratch, Good communication skills, open-source contributions, proven competitive coding pro
