Role Overview

As an HR & Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end HR processes, employee experience, and day-to-day operations that ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. This is a cross-functional role that bridges people management, administration, and operational excellence across multiple teams at MathonGo.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

• Manage the recruitment lifecycle — from job posting and sourcing to screening, coordinating interviews, and rolling out offers.
• Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and attendance systems.
• Handle onboarding and exit formalities, ensuring a smooth experience for all employees.
• Draft and issue offer letters, MoUs, NDAs, internship certificates, and experience letters.
• Support performance evaluation cycles, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.
• Organize employee engagement initiatives, birthdays, and recognition programs to maintain a positive work culture.

Operations

• Coordinate daily office operations, logistics, and vendor management (devices, stationery, housekeeping, etc.).
• Manage contracts and renewals with external partners, agencies, and freelancers.
• Assist in tracking procurement, reimbursements, invoices, and salary disbursements in coordination with the Finance team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and statutory requirements.
• Support leadership with reporting, documentation, and operational planning across departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR or Operations (start-up/EdTech experience preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with HR tools (Google Workspace, Excel, Notion, etc.) and willingness to learn internal systems.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain a robust, scalable on-premise data infrastructure. You will focus on real-time and batch data processing using platforms such as Apache Pulsar and Apache Flink, work with NoSQL databases like MongoDB and ClickHouse, and deploy services using containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. This role is ideal for engineers with strong systems knowledge, deep backend data experience, and a passion for building efficient, low-latency data pipelines in a non-cloud, on-prem environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Pipeline & Streaming Development
• Design and implement real-time data pipelines using Apache Pulsar and Apache Flink to support mission-critical systems.
• Develop high-throughput, low-latency data ingestion and processing workflows across streaming and batch workloads.
• Integrate internal systems and external data sources into a unified on-prem data platform.
• Data Storage & Modelling
• Design efficient data models for MongoDB, ClickHouse, and other on-prem databases to support analytical and operational workloads.
• Optimise storage formats, indexing strategies, and partitioning schemes for performance and scalability.
• Infrastructure & Containerization
• Deploy, manage, and monitor containerised data services using Docker and Kubernetes in on-prem environments.
• Performance, Monitoring & Reliability
• Monitor the performance of streaming jobs and database queries; fine-tune for efficiency and reliability.
• Implement robust logging, metrics, and alerting solutions to ensure data system availability and uptime.
• Identify bottlenecks in the pipeline and proactively implement optimisations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in data engineering with a focus on on-premise infrastructure.
• Strong expertise in streaming technologies like Apache Pulsar, Apache Flink, or similar.
• Deep experience with MongoDB, ClickHouse, and other NoSQL or columnar storage databases.
• Proficient in Python, Java, or Scala for data processing and backend development.
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing systems using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Linux-based systems, system tuning, and resource monitoring.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional Responsibilities for Senior Data Engineers :

For those hired as Senior Data Engineers, the role will come with added responsibilities, including:

• Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior engineers, sharing expertise and best practices.
• System Architecture: Lead the design and optimization of complex real-time and batch data pipelines, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Sensor Data Expertise: Focus on building and optimizing sensor-based data pipelines and stateful stream processing for mission-critical applications in domains like maritime and defense.
• End-to-End Ownership: Take responsibility for the performance, reliability, and optimization of data systems.

Compensation:

• Data Engineer CTC: 4 - 8 LPA
• Senior Data Engineer CTC: 12 - 16 LPA

Responsibilities:

• Work with our dynamic team on different projects (products & services) to build high quality mobile application
• Designing and building native mobile applications for Apple’s iOS platform 
• Collaborating with the design team to define app features
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
• Publishing application on App Store
• Debug and optimize code for performance and scalability
• Designing and implementing application updates. Turn feedback into custom solutions for client needs
• Create and maintain the technical documentation
• Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
• Stay up-to-date with the latest iOS technologies and advancements

Skills:

• Strong Knowledge & understanding about SWIFT and Objective C
• Strong Knowledge & understanding of executing projects in Xcode, OOPs concept
• Ability to write clean, maintainable and efficient code
• Familiar working with RESTful APIs, third party libraries and API, cloud message APIs and push notifications
• At least have published and managed 1 app in Appstore
• Knowledge and understanding in Dependency injection tool like dagger or similar
• Knowledge of Hybrid app development platforms will be preferred

• Programming and optimizing rust / wasm based smart contracts
• Design, research and develop blockchain-based solutions
• Developing decentralized high-performance systems
• Building reliable and fast data storages
• Working with virtual machines used by modern blockchains: WebAssembly, EVM, COSMWASM
• Implementing consensus algorithms and other protocols
• Security audits of third-party and internal solutions
• Establishing policies and procedures that produce secure, high-quality software
• Write and review technical proposals
• Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes

Required qualifications:

3+ years experience in developing smart contracts, 2.5+ years of experience in Rust, willingness to learn on the go, ability to write clean code, a strong sense of responsibility.

cryptography and system software development experience,understanding of design patterns, understanding of operating systems and networks, ability to design algorithms and mathematical models.
