Handles bulk hiring, campus recruitment, and labour camp workforce management across multiple locations.  

Roles and Responsibilities - 

• Manage bulk hiring for frontline roles (F&B, Housekeeping, Kitchen, Utility, Front Office)
• Drive campus recruitment through college coordination, campus drives, and selection management
• Handle onboarding, documentation, and recruitment tracking
• Oversee labour camps across Pan India, including deployment and issue resolution
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and engagement initiatives
• Execute and monitor the activity calendar for restaurant operations
• Liaise with NGOs and external channels for bulk hiring of blue-collar workforce

Requirements:

• MBA/PGDM in HR
• 2–5 years of experience in hospitality/retail/facility HR
• Experience in bulk hiring, campus drives, and field HR
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Only male candidate required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own end-to-end campaign curation — from concept and messaging to execution and post-campaign review.

• Lead marketing execution across channels, coordinating with internal teams and external partners (agencies, freelancers, platforms). •

Build and safeguard brand identity, tone, and positioning across all consumer touchpoints.

• Plan and execute go-to-market strategy for new product launches and collections.

• Work closely with the content and creative teams to translate brand strategy into campaigns, videos, and social content. • Track campaign performance and marketing effectiveness, and use insights to refine future campaigns.

• Manage marketing calendars, ensuring timely execution of campaigns across key dates, drops, and sale periods.

• Collaborate with the Growth Engine (e-commerce, performance marketing) to align brand campaigns with sales and growth goals. • Manage brand marketing budgets and vendor relationships where applicable.

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS

• 3-6 years of experience in marketing, with clear exposure across brand marketing and campaign execution (not performance marketing alone).

• Demonstrated experience owning campaigns from ideation through to execution and results.

• Strong understanding of brand building — positioning, tone of voice, visual identity, and consistency across channels.

• Experience leading or closely coordinating with creative, content, and design functions.

• Comfortable working with data to evaluate campaign performance, even if not a performance marketer by function.

• Strong communication and project management skills — this role requires leading execution across multiple stakeholders and timelines. • Mandatory: prior experience with a lifestyle brand; D2C lifestyle brand experience is strongly preferred.
