Job Responsibilities -

● Identifying and onboarding the potential DSAs and Channel partners from open market

● Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing partners to drive business targets

● Provide day to day operational support to your channel partners

● Responsible for driving monthly sales targets and respective business metrics

Job Requirements -

● Excellent sales skills, e.g. rapport building and negotiation skills

● Good written and verbal communication skills

● Should have prior experience in NBFC and DSA preferably in mortgages (Home loan and

LAP)

● Own Conveyance and strong local industry network are preferred for this role

● Fluency in the regional language will be an additional benefit

Operations Executive:

The work as an Operations Executive at CupShup involves:

• To plan, manage and execute marketing campaigns in the City.
• Working closely with the City Manager and keeping him/her updated about the proceedings of the campaign and other nitty-gritties.
• Unlocking new partnerships and business by working with the Operations Team and the City Head.
• Optimizing the over-all operational efficiency and being accountable towards the Profit and Loss of the organization.
• Delegation of work along with monitoring and tracking the work of Delivery Team and Operating System.

Skills required as an Operations Executive:

• Minimum experience of 1-2 years with enough knowledge about the know-hows of Operations.
• Good idea of General Management that involves in-house work along with professional collaborations.
• Command over sales and marketing to assist the Team whenever, and wherever required.
• Team Management abilities that involve versatility and flexibility in order to get the work done.
• A hunger for personal growth and over-all development will definitely help you fair well and keep up with the ever-evolving changes of this medium of marketing.

We are having an immediate requirement for a Python web developer.

You have:

• At least 2 years of experience developing web applications with Django/Flask/FastAPI
• Familiarity with Linux
• Experience in both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Uses Docker and CI/CD

• Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms such as mobile vs desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform.
• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.
• Proficient knowledge of a back-end programming.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Proven software development experience and Web application development skills.
• Understanding of startup culture.
