Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion HCM) modules, with strong business process knowledge and client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Time & Labor.

Requirements:

• Good understanding of HR processes and best practices.

• Strong client interaction and communication skills (verbal and written).

Job Title: Email Outreach & Marketing Specialist
