Core Responsibilities:

·      Lesson Planning & Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that align with the required curriculum, covering reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.

·      Language Fundamentals: Instruct students on grammar rules, composition, sentence structure, vocabulary, and pronunciation.

·      Literature & Critical Thinking: Expose students to various forms of literature and guide them in analyzing texts, identifying themes, and developing critical thinking skills.

·      Assessment & Feedback: Create, administer, and grade assignments, homework, and exams to assess student progress. Provide timely and constructive feedback to support learning and improvement.

·      Classroom Management: Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment with clear behavioral expectations to ensure an effective learning atmosphere.

·      Communication & Collaboration: Maintain open communication with parents, guardians, and colleagues to discuss student performance and needs. Participate in staff meetings and professional development.

·      Individualized Support: Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet diverse student needs, including those with special educational needs or English as a second language (ESL/EAL). 

English Expo" Responsibilities

A teacher involved in an "English Expo" or similar extracurricular event would likely have the following additional duties: 

·      Event Planning: Coordinate and plan the logistics of the expo, which might involve themes, schedules, and required materials.

·      Student Supervision & Guidance: Supervise students in their preparation for the event, such as projects, presentations, or performances.

·      Promotion & Displays: Promote the event and help organize displays of student work to celebrate achievements publicly.

·      Collaboration: Work with other teachers, administrators, and potentially community members to ensure the event's success.

·      Activity Design: Design specific activities or competitions for the expo that enhance English skills in a practical, engaging manner (e.g., spelling bees, debate contests, creative writing showcases). 

Key Skills and Qualifications

·      A bachelor's degree in English or Education (a master's degree is a plus).

·      Relevant teaching certification or license.

·      Strong command of the English language and literature expertise.

·      Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

About Role

The Sales Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strategic partnerships for Telth Healthcare. This role requires a results-driven leader with expertise in international care plans, digital sales and network expansion. The position requires frequent travel, strategic planning and collaboration with multiple departments.

Core Duties

• Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to promote and sell international care plans across target markets.
• Drive online sales initiatives and lead digital marketing campaigns for India and the UK.
• Expand and strengthen the Harley network in key regions including Delhi and Mumbai.
• Build and manage a robust agent network to ensure wider market reach and customer acquisition.
• Partner closely with HR to recruit, train, and manage sales and agent teams.
• Design and deliver online training, product-based training, and agent-focused training programs.
• Promote and ensure distribution of care plan cards across channels.
• Take accountability for achieving sales targets and maintaining workplace excellence.

What do we need

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience as a Sales Director, preferably in healthcare or international care services.
• Strong understanding of online sales, digital marketing and international business development.

‍Expected to manage the product plan, engineering, and delivery of Xoxoday Plum. Plum is a rewarding and incentives infrastructure for businesses. It's a unified integrated suite of products to handle various rewarding use cases for consumers, sales, channel partners, and employees. 31% of the total tech team is aligned towards this product and comprises of 32 members within Plum Tech, Quality, Design, and Product management. The annual FY 2019-20 revenue for Plum was $ 40MN and is showing high growth potential this year as well. The product has a good mix of both domestic and international clientele and is expanding. The role will be based out of our head office in Bangalore, Karnataka however we are open to discuss the option of remote working with 25 - 50% travel.‍

• Scope and lead technology with the right product and business metrics.

1. Test and prove that the software meets major architectural requirements while ensuring  the quality of the system as a whole 
2. Prove for scalability and performance of a software while running quality controls on components and final products
3. Develop and automate tests for software validation
4. Detect, investigate and troubleshoot bug and production issues
5. Analyze current technologies used within the company and develop steps and processes to improve testing procedures
6. Assist other department engineers in creating practical demonstrations of proposed solutions and demonstrating them to other members of the team
7. Gather product requirements (e.g. functionalities, speed, safety standards), 
8. Develop test plan, test scenarios and test cases and analyze the test results, detect issues and track root causes
9. Document technical issues and solutions as well as prepare file defect reports and report test progress
