Key Responsibilities

·      Manage and prioritize the Founder's calendar, meetings, appointments, and schedules.

·      Drive end-to-end follow-ups across internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring timely execution.

·      Prepare and maintain MIS reports, trackers, dashboards, and business reports.

·      Coordinate cross-functional activities and monitor timelines to ensure deliverables are met.

·      Draft professional emails, presentations, meeting notes, and business correspondence.

·      Handle confidential information with complete discretion and professionalism.

·      Support the Founder, CEO, and Director in day-to-day business operations and strategic initiatives.

·      Anticipate requirements, resolve bottlenecks proactively, and ensure smooth workflow.

Candidate Profile

·      Female candidates only.

·      2–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior management support role.

·      Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory).

·      Confident, professional, and capable of interacting with CXOs, clients, and senior leadership.

·      Comfortable working closely with the Founder, CEO, and Director while managing sensitive and confidential information.

·      Strong interpersonal, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

·      Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and MS Office.

·      Tech-savvy with hands-on exposure to AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Notion AI, or similar platforms.

·      Prior experience supporting a Founder, Director, or C-suite executive will be an added advantage.

·      Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, execution-focused, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

1. Should have 2 - 7 years of IT Recruitment experience.

13. Responsible for tracking the offered Candidates until Joins the Organization.
14. Maintaining the Trackers Reports of the Candidates

Role Description

• Develop the tech stack of Pieworks to achieve the fly-wheel in the most efficient manner
• Focus on standardising the code, making it more modular to enable quick updations
• Integaring with various APIs to provide seamless solution to all stakeholders
• Build a robust node based information tracking & flow to capitalize on degrees of separation between members, candidates
• Bring in new design ideas to make the UI stunning and UX functional i.e one click actionable, as much as possible

Manager’s vision, understanding tactical requirements and helping in successful execution. Split would be approx.

70% management + 30% individual contributor. Responsibilities include

Project Management

- Understand business needs and objectives.

- Refine use cases and plan iterations and deliverables - able to pivot as required.

- Estimate efforts and conduct regular task updates to ensure timeline adherence.

Quality Execution

- Help BA and SBA resources with requirement gathering and final presentations.

- Resolve blockers regarding technical challenges and decision-making.

- Check final deliverables for correctness and review codes, along with Manager.

KPIs and metrics

- Orchestrate metrics building, maintenance, and performance monitoring.

- Owns and manages data models, data sources, and data definition repo.

- Makes low-level design choices during execution.

Team Nurturing

- Help Analytics Manager during regular one-on-ones + check-ins + recruitment.

- Provide technical guidance whenever required.

- Improve benchmarking and decision-making skills at execution-level.

- Train and get new resources up-to-speed.

- Knowledge building (methodologies) to better position the team for complex problems.

Communication

- Upstream to document and discuss execution challenges, process inefficiencies, and feedback loops.

- Downstream and parallel for context-building, mentoring, stakeholder management.

Analytics Stack

Job Description:-

• Proven experience with coding using JAVA/J2EE.
• Experience developing MultiChannel responsive web application.

• 8+ years of experience in software development
• 4+ years of recent hands-on experience in architecting and building complex solutions that run in SaaS/PaaS environments, especially on AWS cloud leveraging SaaS based Microservices development coupled with Distributed Caching & Message Queuing.
• Should have experience in developing solution architecture and/or evaluate architectural alternatives for private, public and hybrid cloud models, including IaaS, PaaS, and other cloud services
• Should have excellent knowledge of cloud architecture and implementation features (OS, multi-tenancy, virtualization, orchestration, elastic scalability)
• Should have experience with Full Stack development with experience in technology stacks/frameworks like JAVA, Springboot, Python, Redis, SQL, NoSQL and Graph DBs
• Good to have Architected solutions that handle Big Data and should be proficient in data analytics
• Must have Expert level proficiency in Design / Architectural patterns, data structures and algorithms
• Must demonstrate knowledge of DevOps tool chains and processes
• Experience in web-based application migration from on-premise to SaaS model is a big plus.
• Experience of Integration patterns and associated best practice(e.g. Web Services, REST API's, Pub/Sub, MOM)
• Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in Web services related, functionally decomposed architecture, Load Balancing of Web Services and applications, designing multi-tenant systems, Clustering and sharding of data, microservices architecture / design patterns, and throttling and performance management of such services
