5. AI-Native Product Innovation-
- Identify opportunities to embed AI native solutions into product workflows

Ideal Candidate
- Strong Product Manager with relevant industry (ERP/POS/B2B SaaS in RetailTech) experience OR Top College MBA graduate with 2 years experience in product company
- Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience in Product Management in B2B SaaS in Retail Tech Industry OR POS OR Supply-chain/Logistic-Tech OR Commerce / Omnichannel platforms.
- Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have proven track record of driving measurable business impact, such as improvements in product adoption, revenue, retention, activation, or customer experience, rather than only delivering features.
- Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must demonstrate end-to-end product ownership, including product discovery, PRD creation, prioritization, launch, and post-launch performance tracking

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating stunning visuals across a wide range of media including digital, print, and video content. You'll collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and creative teams to bring our brand vision to life while ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Your work will help shape the visual identity of the brand and engage our target audience in meaningful ways.
WHAT WILL YOU BRING?
- 1-4 years of design and work experience in visual design, including creating graphics and video content for digital and print media.
- Skilled in apt design tools like Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, Premier Pro, and After Effects with an eye for composition, color, design, space design, and details.
- Proven ability to create both static and motion-based ads (e.g., GIFs, Lottie animations)
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital creative work, including examples of ad integration in digital environments.

Responsibilities :
- Build the product strategy and roadmap in line with customers problems and company's vision
- Lead a set of cross functional teams by translation of the product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes to drive the product development goals

Requirements :
- Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, Statistics or related field
- 3+ years of experience managing web and mobile products with a background in technical product management or engineering
- 7+ years of experience in building global enterprise SaaS products
- Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce or transportation domain is a plus
- Proven ability to drive large scale products with deep understanding of agile, high collaboration and leadership in a highly accelerated work environment
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills with a fair understanding of what makes a good user experience and beautiful design

Experience and Educational Requirements:
- 7 years of experience as a Solutions Architect/Developer, designing and implementing global cloud-based solution architectures for PaaS, IaaS or SaaS.
- Experience with structured Enterprise Architecture practices, hybrid cloud deployments, and on-premise-to-cloud migration deployments and roadmaps.
- Experience with distributed computing, software development, big data analytics, cloud computing, virtualization, hosted services, multi-tenant cloud, storage systems or content delivery as well as security protocols.
- Experience developing the User Interface and User Experience for complex software solutions deployed globally
- Experience with all major programming languages and SaaS database technologies
- Experience in building and scaling up the development function and a proven ability to attract, inspire, motivate and retain top tier talent
- Experience working with large multi-national distributed teams
- Experience articulating complex topics to senior stakeholders in both business and IT teams effectively .
