Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in Apache Kafka and backend systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Java (8/11+), Spring Boot, and building scalable, real-time data pipelines using Kafka.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Design and implement Kafka-based messaging and streaming solutions
• Optimize Kafka performance (topics, partitions, consumers)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable microservices
• Ensure code quality and maintain best practices in a distributed environment

Required Skills:

• 6+ years in Java development
• 3+ years of hands-on Kafka experience (producers, consumers, streams)
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices
• Familiarity with Kafka Connect, Schema Registry, and stream processing
• Experience with containerization (Docker), CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

• Meet with all new clients to identify and conceptualize campaign strategies
• Design and organize an optimal campaign inside budget constraints
• Locate and secure talent and resource before campaign launch
• Train and groom all resources for optimum efficacy
• Utilize staff and resources to produce quality content for execution
• Devise a campaign timeline and schedule
• Execute campaign effectively, on schedule and on budget

What you need to have:

• Design & implement new app modules based on the product requirements using Flutter framework
• Maintain existing codebases
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Integrate user-interfaces elements developed by other developers
• Build user interfaces designed by UI/UX designers
• Integration of data storage solutions
• Integrate various APIs from third parties
• Debug existing apps components, fix issues and avoid regressions
• Collaborate closely with the teams of UI/UX designers, PMs, QAs, and other developers
• Participate in software architecture, design discussions and code reviews
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Follow the company guidelines and best practice

• You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline
• Must have built at least two Android and/or iOS apps with Flutter 
• Proven working experience in software development
• Working experience in mobile development Android or iOS
• Have published one or more mobile apps in Google Play or App Store
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle, including automated testing and building
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git / Mercurial

Manage social media handle and posts: Being into creative field the easiest way to connect with fellow artists, curators, galleries, art events, there are various ways we need to keep communication e.g. Infographics, static posts, illustrations supporting the content, art related articles, explainer videos, animations etc. writing content for all the different types of communication channels and modes.
2. Jumbish events: Where there are various communication stationery need to be prepared e.g. posters, flyers, banners, etc.
3. Jumbish Service offerings like Sales brochure, Coffee table books, Catalogs, Logo designs, brand stationeries, event merchandise like badges & caps, Book cover illustrations, Artist’s website, etc.  Content development for the various service offerings.
