Job Description

We are looking for a strong Python Automation Developer with solid Object-Oriented Programming expertise. This role is ideal for professionals who are strong in Java / C++ / C# and are willing to transition into Python (if not already working in Python).

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality automation solutions while translating business requirements into scalable and efficient technical implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation solutions using Python (preferred) or other OOP-based languages.
• Translate functional requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Apply strong design patterns and coding best practices.
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize performance issues.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members when required.
• Take complete ownership of assigned modules.

Desired Skills & Competencies

Must-Have Skills:

• 5.9+ years of relevant experience in OOPs (Python / Java / C++ / C#)
• Strong analytical, coding, debugging, and design skills
• Excellent understanding of design patterns and frameworks
• Ability to convert requirements → design → fully functional implementation
• Strong problem-solving mindset
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

(Candidates with Java/C++/C# background must be willing to work in Python.)

Good to Have:

• Experience with defect management tools
• Experience with GIT / SVN or any code repository management tools
• Experience with Eclipse IDE or equivalent IDE

 carrying out keyword research using software to optimise web content

• tracking metrics such as organic traffic, conversion rates and time spent on page using platforms such as Google Analytics

• monitoring and reporting on search trends and SEO performance

• Analysing websites and social media pages to make recommendations for improvement

• performing competitor analysis to identify content gaps and areas for improvement in website design

• staying up to date with new SEO, social media and digital marketing industry trends, tools and practices, which are constantly changing

• using Excel spreadsheets to compile reports

• implementing link-building strategies

• making suggestions for SEO-friendly content creation

• providing keyword insights and SEO advice for other teams within the organisation

• optimising webpages for mobile devices.

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Manager to bel responsible for planning, coordinating and leading activities across the full delivery lifecycle, to ensure successful deliveries.

• Lead a team of strong developers, working on large-scale, complex and cutting-edge systems
• Managing the development and delivery of complex features from design to production according to product requirements
• Ensuring that risks and issues are identified and managed closely while driving all stakeholders to deliver on time and to the required quality standards
• Building a strong development team that can work independently and at the same time will collaborate with other international R&D teams
• Coordinate team activities with product managements, support, and other interfaces

• 5+ years of experience in building and managing highly skilled development teams, and the ability to lead, coach and influence them
• Deep understanding in Java, Golang, SQL database, Elastic search, K8S and Docker
• Experience in developing scalable, concurrent, low-latency, fault tolerant systems
• Strong track record of leading and managing the delivery of software development projects, meeting key milestones and overcoming challenges
• Previous experience in working with other international R&D, product management and support teams
• Proven knowledge in both architecture and implementation-level software design of high-scale distributed systems
• Ability to manage, track and identify risks, bottlenecks and challenges ahead of time, and oversee technical coordination to resolve them
• Willingness to work in a fast paced, and driven team in a context-switching environment
