We are looking for candidates who are self-starters, someone with deep technical skills and someone who can learn and adapt quickly to changes in product features, You will be the first hire in the technical writing role and will have significant influence over product documentation strategy. Your documentation will be consumed by security analysts and security leaders within Fortune 500 enterprises. Qualifications 5+ Years of experience in writing technical documentation 3+ years of experience with enterprise products targeting business users Must have experience in writing both pdf and html versions of the documentation Must have proficiency with online help tools such as ZenDesk, RoboHelp, or MadCap Flare. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent science fields is highly desired.
