𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving basic desktop, software, hardware, and network-related issues under supervision.

- Support user account management activities using #Azure Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.

- Assist the IT team in configuring, monitoring, and supporting #AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, IAM, WorkSpaces).

- Support maintenance and monitoring of on-premises server infrastructure, internal applications, and email services.

- Assist with backups, basic disaster recovery tasks, and security procedures as per company policies.

- Help create and update technical documentation and knowledge base articles.

- Work closely with internal teams and assist in system upgrades, IT infrastructure improvements, and ongoing projects.

💻 Technical Requirements:

- Laptop with i5 or higher processor

-Reliable internet connectivity with 100mbps speed

2–4 years of experience in a D2C brand or consumer startup

Strong portfolio across packaging, branding, and digital creatives

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop (InDesign is a plus)

Job Description: (Big Data Developer with Java)

Exp – 7+ years

Location – Baner, Pune

Mode of Work: Hybrid (3 days from Baner)

Main Hands on: Bid Data frameworks, Java and AWS EMR

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines on AWS EMR (Elastic MapReduce) to support data processing and analytics.
• Implement data ingestion processes from various sources including APIs, databases, and flat files.
• Optimize and tune big data workflows for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
• Manage and monitor EMR clusters, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Develop ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to cleanse, transform, and store data in data lakes and data warehouses.
• Implement data security best practices to ensure data is protected and compliant with relevant regulations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to data pipelines, workflows, and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data processing and EMR cluster performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on big data technologies.
• Strong experience with AWS services, particularly EMR, S3, Redshift, Lambda, and Glue.
• Proficiency in programming languages Java.
• Experience with big data frameworks and tools such as Hadoop, Spark, Hive, and Pig.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

NOTE: Two technical rounds has to be taken F2F from Pune office. Hence professionals should be present in Pune.

10.Establish a System related to EHS (Environment Health & Safety) to ensure that risks are
