6-9 years’ work experience performing relevant engineering job functions preferably in the eCommerce space. ● 6+ years of Salesforce development experience with mastery of Apex programming, JavaScript, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs. ● Proficient in the Salesforce platform, with substantial experience across a variety of Salesforce products, including OMS, OCI, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Mulesoft. ● Understanding of data and system integration tools, methods and platforms ● Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Java/Kotlin, Spring, Kafka, SQL, GitHub, CI/CD, Eclipse IDEs, and JavaScript/HTML/CSS is a plus. ● Exceptional problem solving and troubleshooting abilities. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders. ● Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment. ● Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. We are looking for an Academic Counsellor to join our administrative staff. The successful candidate will divide his or her time equally between administrative tasks and providing students with guidance and support. They should be able to take responsibility for nurturing,

acquiring, growing, and strengthening higher education customers across the world. Most importantly to believe in their consultative approach, identifying the needs of the customers and being able to marry off with the product offering/s.

Job Responsibility:

● Build a relationship with the learners who contact Masters’ Union, and be their guiding hand and familiarise them with the product, our vision, and the big picture.

● Understand learners' career needs and guide them with relevant information.

● Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls for follow-ups. Handle learner interactions and queries. Fix appointments and demo sessions on a daily basis.

● Provide timely and accurate responses to learners/parents.
