Senior Business Analyst 

Job Summary 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead business analysis activities, collaborate with senior management, and contribute to strategic initiatives that align with the organization's goals. The Senior Business Analyst will play a key role in driving business process improvements, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. The role involves working with cross-functional teams, providing leadership and mentorship to junior analysts, and driving continuous improvements through data-driven insights. 

Key Responsibilities: 

● Collaborate with senior management to ensure business analysis activities align with organizational goals and strategic initiatives. 

● Provide valuable input into strategic planning processes by identifying opportunities for business improvement, innovation, and optimization. ● Lead the gathering, analysis, and documentation of complex business requirements for projects. 

● Ensure that business requirements are prioritized, validated, and traced throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and strategic priorities. 

● Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executives, business unit leaders, and project sponsors. ● Utilize advanced communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders and drive consensus on project scope, objectives, and priorities. ● Lead business process reengineering efforts to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and drive operational excellence. 

● Identify opportunities for automation, digitization, and outsourcing to improve business processes and reduce operational costs. 

● Collaborate with data scientists and business intelligence teams to develop predictive models, data visualizations, and dashboards to aid in decision-making processes. 

● Provide leadership and mentorship to junior business analysts, guiding their professional development and helping them grow their skills in business analysis methodologies and tools. 

● Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, including developers, designers, testers, and stakeholders.

● Monitor and identify potential risks to project success, including technical challenges, resource constraints, or changes in requirements. 

● Assist project managers in planning, monitoring, and controlling project activities related to business analysis. 

● Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource requirements, and deliverables. 

● Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis to apply innovative solutions to the current role. 

Skills and Qualifications: 

● Advanced communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. 

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in gathering, analyzing, and documenting complex business requirements. 

● Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Visio, Jira, Confluence, Agile, etc.). 

● Demonstrated ability to lead business process reengineering and optimization efforts. 

● Ability to work effectively with data scientists and business intelligence teams to drive actionable insights from complex data sets.

● Work experience as a front end developer
● Good Understanding of Angular/React and Javascript
● Experience working with SQL & NoSQL Databases
● Hands on experience with front-end languages and technologies, such as JavaScript,
HTML5, CSS3, etc.
● Solid understanding of object-oriented development and design patterns.
● Experience in Version Control Systems like GIT, Bitbucket.

This requirement is for FENFEO Automation Private Limited which is into futuristic automobile technology. The incumbent supports the IT division in developing/maintaining  software tool that integrates the power source, mobile app and web application. He will be part of a team of 4 to 5 software developers to start with.

Basic Requirements:

* Bachelors/Masters in an accredited Engineering/Technology curriculum. BCA/MCA candidate are also considered.

* Must be Self-initiating, Good communication, Interpersonal and Organizational skills.

* Technical Skill Set:       Java, Angular, MySQL, RESTful API development.

* Total Experience:          2 to 3 years of Relevant experience.

* Job Location:                 Post Pandemic, the work location will be Chennai.

* CTC:                                 Rs. 5,00,000/- to Rs. 6,00,000/- per year.

As an IT Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing and leading a team of IT professionals. Project Management: Oversee the execution of IT projects, including resource allocation, task assignments, and timelines. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful project delivery. Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues as they arise.

Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert in various IT domains, such as software development, infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and data management. Stay informed about industry best practices and provide guidance on technical standards, frameworks, and methodologies. Conduct research and evaluation of new technologies to support business objectives.

Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, product managers, and other IT teams. Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Foster strong relationships with external vendors and partners.

Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Assist in troubleshooting complex technical issues and provide guidance to team members in resolving them. Identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and develop preventive measures to avoid similar issues in the future. Ensure the timely resolution of critical incidents.

Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the IT department by identifying areas for optimization, streamlining processes, and implementing automation where applicable. Promote a culture of innovation, learning, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience in a technical leadership role, managing and leading a team of IT professionals.

Strong technical background in one or more IT domains, such as software development, infrastructure management, cybersecurity, or data management.

In-depth knowledge of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends.

Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Job Offer - 4 LPA (Fixed) + Performance Incentives upto 60k per Month (Variable)

• Build and execute acquisition plans every month working with all stakeholder teams.
• Own the quality of customers and CAC.
• Own app install campaigns, CPI, uninstall rates etc.
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Google, Affiliate Marketing platforms and MMPs such as Appsflyer
• Expertise in optimisation techniques to scale up campaigns and deliver Low CPIs and CAC
• Strong knowledge of managing funnel events and customer journeys to deliver high ROI
• Own performance marketing channels. Improve RPCs, CPVs, CAC etc.
