Job Responsibility: 

• Interacts with the client representatives to gather requirements. 
• Works in collaboration with the Domain Expert/SME to define a functional solution for the application changes and enhancements. 
• Prepares an SRS document in accordance with the agreed templates, covering the functionalities completely and consistently. 
• Participates in Train the Trainer activities, reviews the user manuals and test cases prepared by other members of the project teams. 

Qualification & Experience: 

• HRMS experience is mandatory
• Must be an B.E/ B.Tech/M.Tech or MBA with certification in IIBA or equivalent. 
• 6+ years of BA experience 
• Fair knowledge on Database management systems, programming languages, HTML etc.
• Excellent knowledge on PPT, Spreadsheets, and word processors.
• Must have worked on at least 2 large scale projects of similar nature. 
• Excellent documentation, interpersonal,verbal communication skills.

·Sales Strategy and Planning:

•  Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals. 
•   Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. 
•  Set sales targets and quotas for the sales team. 
• Create sales forecasts and monitor performance against targets. 

Team Management:

Requirements:

• Should have deep knowledge in PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server and other SQL based Databases

About the position

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

• Develop automated test cases on a day-to-day basis
• Gather and prioritize user requirements, feed these requirements into overall Automation Framework requirements and test plans
