Job Overview:

We’re searching for a Human Resources Operations Executive for our internal Operations teams to handle strategic HR-related issues and concerns. We’re looking for someone who can help in

implementing and executing Human Resource plans and programs.

Job Responsibilities -

● Handle overall HR Operations, including end-to-end onboarding formalities, performance management, office time management, and employee documentation.

● Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, pre & post-joining formalities,

employee documentation, background verification (BGV), and issuing offer & appointment letters.

● Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR data in compliance with company policies.

● Support Talent Management initiatives, including performance tracking, employee retention efforts, and workforce planning.

● Plan and coordinate Training & Development programs by identifying training needs and supporting learning initiatives for employee growth.

● Drive Employee Engagement activities to improve morale, culture, and workplace relationships.

● Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR processes and communication.

● Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures as required.

● Handle payroll processing and compensation & benefits administration, ensuring accuracy

and timely execution.

Job Title              : BMS Commissioning Engineer

Department      : BA (Building Automation)

Experience        : Minimum 3 years of experience in BMS Engineering, Testing & Commissioning

Desired Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering Degree from an accredited college or university

Job Description

Ø Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering Degree from an accredited college or university.

Ø Minimum 3 years of experience in BMS Engineering, Testing & Commissioning

Ø SCADA, PLC, BMS engineering/programming experience preferred.

Ø Strong understanding of OPC, BACnet, Modbus protocol to include IP, ETH and MS/TP

Ø Design, development, commissioning, and testing of Building automation systems

Ø BMS/SCADA/HMI graphic screen development

Ø IO Loop test and Functional test

Ø Basic knowledge on SQL database programming.

Ø Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Ø Providing technical support to clients

Ø Experience with current trends in automation and instrumentation to be able to select and implement modern controls architectures

Key Responsibilities:

• Banking industry Experience, preferably in Securities Lending Domain (LAS – Loan against securities).

Job Description:

                                 We are looking for a React Native developer interested in building performant mobile apps on both the iOS and Android platforms. You will be responsible for architecting and building these applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure. • Selling the company's diabetes management plans through outbound calls to a set of pre generated leads
• Managing relationship with onboarded customers and taking feedback and resolving customer queries
• Receiving in-bound calls from the customer and helping them to understand Oxyjon’s plans and offerings
• Being the second point of contact for partner doctors and hospitals and visiting them when required, to resolve their queries
• Understanding customers’ requirements from the product standpoint and developing an in depth understanding of the healthcare eco-system

Desired Candidate Profile

• A decent understanding of the sales and customer acquisition processes
• Good social skills with ability to understand customer needs and develop relationships with people
• Past experience in successfully closing sales deals remotely is a must
• Must be open to move around in NCR and meet doctors
• Past experience of 3-5 years in similar roles either with healthcare start-ups or in a similar role in related or other industries
• Fluency in English and Hindi is a must
