Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and disciplined Admin Manager to oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning across departments. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, capable of managing facility operations, vendors, and support staff, and committed to maintaining a compliant and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily office operations and administrative functions

Supervise housekeeping, security, and support staff

Monitor office infrastructure, assets, and facility upkeep

Handle procurement and inventory of office supplies and equipment

Maintain vendor relations, contracts, and AMCs

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and audits

Track administrative expenses and maintain petty cash records

Organize fire drills, employee engagement programs, and internal trainings

Maintain all administrative documentation and reports

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree)

Age below 30 years

3-4 years of experience in office administration or operations

Key Responsibilities

• Guide students through the entire study abroad journey — from university selection to application submission.
• Offer personalized assistance on university shortlisting, loan guidance, visa documentation, and application timelines.

The organization's payroll operations will be supervised and managed by the payroll manager, who will also make sure that payments are made on time, accurately, and in accordance with legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SOA-based process applications using JBPM.
• Define and model business processes using BPMN 2.0 on a BPM platform.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, ensuring best practices in configuration management and code refactoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement solutions to business process needs.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide innovative solutions.
• Work on UI development and integrate with backend systems.

Key Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in building applications.

• Proficient in Java, JSP, Servlets, SQL, and frameworks like Struts/Spring/Hibernate/MyBatis.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript languages.
• Familiarity with BPMN 2.0 and querying BPM APIs.
• Experience with application servers like WebLogic, WebSphere, Apache Tomcat, or Jetty.
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.

1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above in computer and related majors

2. More than 8+ years of iOS development experience, proficient in OC/Swift language
