Position: Social Media Executive(Digital Marketing Agency Background Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end management and growth of the company’s and clients’ social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
• Conduct content research and trend analysis to identify opportunities for better engagement and reach.
• Coordinate with design and content teams to plan and schedule posts effectively.
• Track social media performance, engagement metrics, and audience insights.
• Support campaign execution and brainstorming of creative social media ideas.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and show leadership in coordinating small projects.
• Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
• Manage daily posting, community engagement, and comment/DM moderation across platforms.
• Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all social media channels.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate with performance marketing teams for boosted posts and campaign support

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience managing brand or client social media accounts.
• Prior experience in a digital marketing/creative agency is a must.
• Experience with social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, etc.).
• Basic understanding of paid social media campaigns and creatives.
• Ability to independently handle social media accounts with minimal supervision..

Job Description:

Test Design & Execution

Design and execute detailed, well-structured test plans, test cases, and test scenarios to ensure high-quality product releases.

Automation Development

Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional and regression testing using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.

Defect Management

Identify, log, and track defects through to resolution using tools like Jira, ensuring minimal impact on production releases.

API & Backend Testing

Conduct API testing using Postman, perform backend validation, and execute database testing using SQL/Oracle.

Collaboration

Work closely with developers, product managers, and UX designers in an Agile/Scrum environment to embed quality across the SDLC.

CI/CD Integration

Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using platforms such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Automation Testing.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language: Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Strong experience in functional, regression, integration, and UI testing.
• Solid understanding of SQL for data validation and backend testing.
• Familiarity with Git for version control, Jira for defect tracking, and Postman for API testing.

Desirable Skills

• Experience in mobile application testing (Android/iOS).
• Exposure to performance testing tools such as JMeter.
• Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Senior Interior Design role located in Bengaluru. As a Senior Interior Designer at YoHo Designs Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing the project's design phase, working with clients to understand their needs and create designs that meet them, and leading a team of junior designers. You will also be tasked with preparing and presenting design proposals, creating designs suitable for space planning, and conducting site visits to ensure proper alignment with design specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in interior design or architecture
• 2+ years of experience in an interior design role or similar position
• Expertise in utilizing design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D Studio Max, as well as photography, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively, working autonomously as well as collaborating with others as a team
• Demonstrated ability to meet project deliverables on time and under budget while also maintaining client satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product features from ideation, automated testing, and implementation to deployment and monitoring.

Skills Needed

• Conduct research on target industries and companies to identify key decision-makers and their contact information which in our case is mining, manufacturing and infrastructure
