We are seeking a skilled and results-driven SEO Executive with 2–3 years of experience in On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO to improve website rankings, organic traffic, and overall online visibility. The candidate should have strong expertise in keyword research, content optimization, meta tags, internal linking, backlink building, website audits, page speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, crawl error fixes, schema implementation, and performance tracking using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog. The role requires the ability to analyze data, implement effective SEO strategies, monitor rankings, prepare performance reports, and continuously optimize websites for search engine growth while working independently and meeting deadlines

6+ Years of development in Database technologies preferably DB2, Sybase or Oracle.

Python Scripting, Database/SQL, Databricks/Cloud experience

Strong understanding of RDBMS databases, JDBC, and database access technologies (Sybase, DB2 preferred but not required).

Strong SQL and database programming skills; including creating Views, Stored Procedures, Triggers, implementing Referential Integrity.

Experience with Database concepts, Data Analysis, Database Design, Data Warehousing concepts and working knowledge of Dimensional Modelling.

Excellent problem solving skills & good communication skills.

Willingness to take lead, own & drive things end to end independently

Desired Skills.

Knowledge of Financial domain.

Scripting languages like Perl, Python.

About the role/ Some of the things we'd like you to do:

- Support the Analytics team and other stakeholders with analytics agendas impacting campaigns, measurement frameworks, and campaign optimization.

- Conduct thorough data analysis using various tools and software within MFG to provide insights and recommendations that align with client needs.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across disciplines and countries to understand client objectives, providing support and expertise in data and analytics while identifying opportunities for advanced analytics solutions.

- Formulate strategic recommendations with the team based on gathered insights, and support the delivery of reporting for clients.

About yourself/ Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a related quantitative field (e.g. Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, etc.)

- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in data analysis; digital media experience desired

- Strong knowledge of various data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, R, Python, Tableau).

- Is proficient in statistical principles and how they apply to tasks/work items.

Roles & Responsibilities :

·        To lead team from front to all the software developers including Interns at b+m India office

·        To upgrade and guide to the entire software developers team with technical solutions and updated technologies from time to time .

·        Participate in the complete lifecycle of projects from inception to deployment to value delivery.

·        Developing best practices to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope of work.

·        Create a project Management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective. Developing and monitoring project plans, project schedules, working hours and ensuring project deadlines are met.

·        Escalate all obstacles that cannot be dealt with promptly that could result in project delays.

·        Communicate project status and key issues to stakeholders on a regular basis.

·        Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects (if needed).

·        Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

·        Delegate project tasks based on requirement to the team members' ,  individual strengths, skill sets, and as per their experience levels.

     Software development in C# with MS Visual Studio, Developing and designing GUIs in WPF.

 Exp: 4+ Strong C/C++/C#/.net Core development skills with a good understanding of object-
