About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Full Stack Developer with expertise in Node.js, Next.js, and Firebase Firestore. You must have personally built a complete CMS from scratch, covering backend architecture, frontend development, and cloud data management. This role demands deep understanding of clean code principles, advanced metaprogramming techniques, and strong hands-on experience with modern React tooling such as shadcn/ui, Tailwind CSS, and TanStack.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Node.js and Next.js.

Required Skills

DirectShifts is growing rapidly and we are looking for a full-stack engineer to join our technical team, working out of India. We need incredibly tenacious engineers who are not only great engineers but who can bring unique value to our rapidly growing team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Socialize and execute Intuitive Digital/Cloud transformation/Data platform strategy & provide technology support to our customers

Qualifications:

Required Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any other related field; or an equivalent of other work experience/training such as relevant military experience or technical school training

Minimum Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in the Information Technology (IT) industry
• 3+ years of professional Scrum Master experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Certification
