Job Title: UI/UX and Graphic Designer

Summary:

The UI/UX and Graphic Designer is responsible for the design of user interfaces and graphics for a variety of products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and practices, as well as experience with graphic design software such as Figma. The candidate will also be responsible for handling the company's WordPress website. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Design user interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and other digital products
• Create graphics for marketing materials, social media, and other promotional purposes
• Work with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and create designs
• Collaborate with other designers to create a cohesive look and feel for products and services
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in UI/UX and graphic design
• Handle the company's WordPress website

• 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX or graphic design

Qualifications:

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or relevant field.

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role. Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, jQuery).
Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js).
Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache), and UI/UX design.
Experience with AWS or other cloud environments

Job Description:

• Responsible for helping in data preparation and data pull
• Should be able to cut and slice data to extract interesting insights from the data
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, TPMs & PMs to execute deliverables
• Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors

1-3 Years’ experience (maximum 3 years) in Business Analyst/Program Manager/Project Manager role having good knowledge of SQL, Excel, and MS Office

We are looking for a Front-End Web Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. You will work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.

• Develop new user-facing features
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
• Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery

• Good understanding of React JS, Redux, Styled Components.
  
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
• Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image. Familiarity with tools such as as Gimp or Photoshop is a plus.
