The Role

You'll own brand and social media strategy for a portfolio of client accounts, and be accountable for both the quality of the work and whether the client stays. This is a manager role: you set direction, execute where it matters, and make sure your team delivers on time without you having to chase it.

What You'll Do

Strategy

• Build brand positioning and social media strategy per client — content pillars, tone of voice, platform mix
• Translate client business goals into a content and brand roadmap
• Stay ahead of platform trends and adapt strategy as channels evolve

Client Retention

• Be the primary point of contact for your accounts — the person the client trusts and wants to keep working with
• Run regular strategy reviews and reporting that show clear value, not just activity
• Spot risk early (dips in engagement, client dissatisfaction, scope drift) and course-correct before it becomes churn
• Identify and pitch expansion opportunities within existing accounts

Execution

• Personally shape and approve content calendars, key creative concepts, and campaign narratives
• Write or edit copy where it matters — captions, brand messaging, campaign concepts
• Review content before it goes out — you are the last quality check, not just a pass-through

Team & Delivery

• Coordinate designers, video editors, and Fleet vendor agencies to keep every deliverable on schedule
• Own the recurring monthly cadence (content calendars, performance/engagement reports) and hit every date
• Resolve bottlenecks — if something's going to be late or off-brief, you catch it early and fix it, not just report it

What We're Looking For

• Relevant experience in brand/social media strategy, ideally agency-side, with direct client ownership
• Track record of managing multiple accounts and retaining clients over time
• Strong writing and presentation skills — you'll be client-facing regularly
• Comfortable managing a small team or group of vendors toward deadlines
• Bachelor's in marketing, communications, design, or related field

Nice to have: experience across both B2B and D2C brand accounts, familiarity with performance metrics (not just content)

Position Summary

This role is responsible for the ongoing support, configuration, and optimization of Discover Dollar's client's Lucernex platform, with a focus on lease administration, real estate lifecycle management, and financial integrations. You will partner closely with Finance, Real Estate, and Technology teams to ensure the stability, integrity, and continuous improvement of Lucernex capabilities, including lease accounting (IFRS 16), site lifecycle tracking, critical dates, payments, and integrations with core financial systems.

What You Will Do

• Provide day-to-day functional support for the Lucernex platform, including incident triage and issue resolution
• Configure and maintain Lucernex modules supporting lease administration, site management, and financial processes
• Monitor application performance, lease data accuracy, and financial integrity
• Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes for system and data issues
• Support lease lifecycle activities, including lease setup, amendments, renewals, terminations, and critical date tracking
• Ensure accuracy of lease accounting outputs, including rent schedules and integration to downstream systems (e.g., GL)
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver system enhancements, process improvements, and automation opportunities
• Support UAT, releases, and go-live readiness for system changes and upgrades
• Develop reporting and dashboards to provide insights into lease portfolio, obligations, and key dates

What We Are Looking For

• Strong experience supporting lease administration, real estate systems, or financial systems
• Understanding of lease accounting principles (e.g., IFRS 16 / ASC 842)
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management in a production support environment
• Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and workflows
• Experience supporting UAT, defect management, and release cycles
• Understanding of system integrations and data flows, particularly between lease systems and ERP/GL platforms

What You Will Bring

• 5+ years of experience in application support, preferably with Lucernex or similar lease/real estate management platforms (e.g., CoStar, Visual Lease, Nakisa)
• Hands-on experience with lease administration, critical date management, and financial data handling
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to data accuracy and controls
• Ability to analyze data discrepancies, system logs, and integration issues
• Experience working in structured service management environments (ITIL or similar)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Real Estate, or equivalent

Key Responsibilities

1. Solutioning & Proposal Development

•   Partner with Senior SMEs and Practice Leads to design end-to-end Data & AI solutions for client pursuits — contributing to structure, content, and commercial framing.

•   Build client proposals, solution documents, and program structures that are well-organized, accurate, and ready to use without significant rework.

•   Translate client requirements into structured, outcome-oriented learning journeys — adoption, capability uplift, and measurable business outcomes, not just module lists.

•   Support customized offerings across Data Engineering, AI / ML, and GenAI and Agentic AI tracks; help assemble pursuits from existing accelerators rather than rebuilding from scratch.

2. Client Engagement Support

•   Participate in client discussions, discovery calls, and requirement-gathering sessions — capture context with the rigour that makes the next conversation sharper.

•   Convert business needs into solution frameworks and delivery models with guidance from Senior SMEs; document customer priorities so Practice and Sales can act on them.

•   Support pitch decks, case studies, and success stories — buyer-specific, visually clean, and aligned to how the customer thinks about their own problem.

•   Stay engaged through the proposal cycle and handoff to delivery; ensure no requirement gets lost between discovery and execution.

3. Content & Program Structuring

•   Assist in designing curriculum outlines, learning journeys, and hands-on lab structures that hold up against real-world enterprise contexts.

•   Work with internal and external SMEs to ensure content aligns with current industry trends, real use cases, and business outcomes — not generic technology overviews.

•   Maintain a library of reusable program structures, slide assets, and case study inserts; flag gaps in the existing content library proactively.

4. Research & Market Intelligence

•   Track trends across the AI / GenAI / LLM ecosystem and Data Engineering & Analytics — translate findings into usable inputs for outreach, pitching, and offering design.

•   Identify new solution opportunities and product ideas based on market signals, customer asks, and competitor moves.

•   Benchmark StackRoute's offerings against competitors; surface gaps and differentiation angles for Senior SMEs and Practice Leads to act on.

5. Internal Collaboration

•   Work fluidly with Delivery, Sales, and external SMEs to ensure solutions designed on paper actually work in delivery — surface feasibility risks early, not late.

•   Coordinate inputs across Practice teams during pursuit cycles; hand off to delivery with documentation that captures customer commitments and success metrics.

Must Have Technical & Functional Skills

•   Good understanding of terminologies in Data Engineering (ETL, pipelines, data lakes), Data Analytics & BI concepts, and Machine Learning fundamentals, AI tools ( not technical expertise but L1-L2 knowledge should be present from application standpoint).

•   Awareness of GenAI / LLM vocabulary — prompt engineering, RAG, APIs — with enough depth to hold a credible first conversation with a technical stakeholder.

•   Strong PowerPoint skills (client-ready decks), Excel for effort estimation and costing basics, and structured documentation — proposals, SoWs, one-pagers.

•   Strong problem-solving and structured thinking — breaks complex requirements into clear, communicable solutions.

•   Comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; good storytelling and presentation instincts; understanding of L&D context is a plus.

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

•   5-15 years in the education products, or in solutioning, pre-sales, or consulting roles with exposure of 3-5 years in Data/AI/Analytics.

•   Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Nice to Have competences:

•   Prior pre-sales, proposal writing, or design development experience.

•   Certifications in cloud, data, or AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or model-provider certifications).

About the product

Docexa provides a suite of tools for doctors that can help them create their digital presence with their own page, run online consultations, manage their daily calendar and more!

We are completely revamping the current platform and building it from scratch. This is the biggest project we have taken on till date and this will move our product from the 90s to the future.

What your role will involve:

We have a basic design language and a design system which can be extended to build rest of the product. You are going to have full ownership of this.

You are not just going to be designing mock ups. You will be involved in strategic product thinking to solve real user and business problems, ideate on user flows and take responsibility of user testing, prototypes, visual design, animations and production of spec and assets.

In this role, you will report to the Product Manager and run things collaboratively.

Minimum Requirements:

Most importantly, you need to be super passionate about design and obsessive about detail while having a good sense of users and a keen interest to understand broad business goals.

Other than that you need to have:

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX designs
• Comfortable being the only designer in the team
• A classy taste for colors and clean design
• Proficiency in Figma
