Technical Project Manager

Job Description:

The Application Developer primary objective are responsible for designing, creating, and maintaining Integration Solution using OIC to streamline the business process and enhance efficiency.

 Main Role (Overall Accountability):

·        Design, Develop, and Implement Integration solutions using Oracle Integration cloud (OIC) to connect various applications, Systems, and Services

·        Customize and configure OIC adapters, connectors, and Components to meet specific integration requirements.

·        Develop RESTful and SOAP Webservices for data exchange and communication between different systems.

·        Good Knowledge in Cloud technologies (Lamda function in AWS etc for integration with AWS)

·        Collaborate with Business analysists and stakeholders to gather requirements and define integration workflows and data flows.

·        Perform troubleshooting, debugging and performance tuning of integration solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

·        Develop and maintain documentation for integration processes, interfaces and configurations.

·        Perform Code reviews .

·        Ensure adherence to coding standards , development methodologies and security protocols throughout the software development lifecycle.

Personnel Specification

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field

Experience:

• 5 or more years of experience in IT industry.

• Experience in Cloud based integration Platform.

Skills and Abilities:

·        Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using OIC

·        Strong understanding of RESTful and SOAP web services, JSON, and other data formats.

·        Experience in cloud based integration platforms, writing Lamda function and creating integrations with various channels.

·        Strong Knowledge in OIC API Integration.

·        strong understanding on SOAP based services and Rest bases services.

·        Strong development skills in JAVA

·        Strong knowledge on Authentication methodologies to be followed during the integration platforms.

·        Strong Knowledge in OIC GEN2 and GEN3

Note: One technical round has to be taken F2F from either of the Wissen office.

Test Engineer

Education Qualification: B.Tech / MCA

Experience: 3+ Years (Manual Testing – Temples knowledge is preferable)

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Prepare test cases and test scenarios.

 Perform functional and regression testing.

 Identify document and track defects.

 Support UAT and production validation activities.

Role: Solution Consultant

Exp: 3-6 Years

CTC: up to 20 LPA

Candidate should be okay with Night shift from 7 PM to 4 AM (IST)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a Solutions Consultant, Pre-Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar customer-facing technical role within a SaaS or B2B tech environment.
• Strong grasp of software development lifecycles, with hands-on experience working in agile, fast-paced product environments.
• Solid technical foundation with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly; capable of conducting technical deep-dives and training sessions for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in integration concepts — familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Marketing Automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Pardot), and the ability to support both standard and custom integration scenarios.
• Experienced in managing and resolving prospect or customer issues; able to navigate challenging conversations, de-escalate concerns, and align solutions with business needs.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value and technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences across enterprise accounts.
• Adept at problem-solving and critical thinking, with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and proposing tailored solutions.
• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Basic design sensibility — experience working with or understanding design tools such as Figma is a plus.
• Bonus: Experience with virtual event platforms, webinar software, or martech ecosystems.

Requirements:

Experience: 4-9 years of experience in customer-facing roles, including customer service, technical support, or sales, with a proven track record of managing and leading teams.

Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading teams, setting strategic goals, and driving performance metrics.

Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate them effectively to both team members and customers.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, team members, and stakeholders.

Analytical Skills: Proven ability to use data to drive decisions, optimize performance, and identify areas for improvement.
