Position Summary:
The Documentation Executive is responsible for preparing, reviewing, updating, and maintaining all production-related documents for capsule manufacturing. The role ensures compliance with GMP, ISO, GDP, and internal documentation control requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Core Areas
- Manage and control documentation systems (SOPs, batch records, validation documents, change controls).
- Maintain document databases, version control, and timely updates (electronic and hard copy).
- Support production teams in implementing and following controlled documents and GDP.
Detailed Deliverables
- Prepare and review SOPs, work instructions, equipment procedures, cleaning and safety documents, protocols, batch files, and master documents.
- Maintain and update documentation (electronic and physical) with clear version control and audit trail.
- Coordinate with sales and logistics to resolve dispatch-related documentation issues.
- Train and coach employees on correct document usage, GDP, and document handling procedures.
- Develop concise visual materials (SOP highlights, 5S, Kaizen posters) to improve document accessibility.
- Edit, proofread, merge, and format documents to meet documentation guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure documents are accurate, complete, compliant, and ready for internal/external reviews.
- Support customer complaint investigations and prepare CAPA-related documentation.
Qualifications
- Graduation or Post-Graduation in Science or Pharmacy.
- 2–4 years of documentation experience in FMCG, Food, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Device sectors.
Technical Competencies

- Process knowledge in production/manufacturing
- Experience with technical/product documentation

We are looking for a detail-oriented Proofreader to join our team. You must be proficient in basic and advanced grammar rules and understand how they are used within our style guides. Our ideal candidate is meticulous in reviewing copy, noting errors such as punctuation, spelling, and word usage, and knows how to check statements for accuracy or potential plagiarism. You must communicate effectively with the writers and other staff to ensure documents meet all company guidelines.
Proofreader Duties and Responsibilities
