To be a successful candidate, some technical aptitude is crucial. Experience with programming, software development or IT sales would be valuable, as would familiarity with the public cloud market. Major roles and responsibilities include : Proven track record of Sales in South India across technologies such as Cloud, Analytics and data engineering. Strong exposure / Experience in working with the Digital Natives accounts (in tech / Solution Sales capacity) in South India Exposure to technology stack such as Application Modernisation, ML & AI, Data & Analytics (BigQuery etc), GKE (Kubernetes etc) Solutions sales exposure across Unicorn startups and Enterprises MBA from a Tier 1 college - (IIMs / ISB / XLRI) is preferred Analyze market conditions and trends, identify opportunities in assigned accounts / territory through research, networking and cold calling and leveraging the use of social media. Generate a sales pipeline and exceed monthly sales targets. Deliver powerful presentations and an unforgettable impact and a customized proposal with the aim to awe. Develop custom investment proposals for interested prospects while working in conjunction with the Cloud sales and solutions team. Collaboratively work with the solutions deployment team in distributed geographies to get the solutions implemented with a fanatical support drive. Manage customer relationships to procure repeat business and life-time references. Ensure continued customer satisfaction levels and develop Searce’s image as a trustworthy, capable and a reliable technology partner. Timely invoicing, forex calculations, audit and collections till payment realization. At Raidenbit, we are building KahaniBox - The Netflix for interactive fiction in Indian languages. We create immersive roleplaying experiences through storytelling which keeps our audience hooked for hours. And while doing that we are solving some interesting problems of decoding human psychology and understanding their content tastes using engineering and data science. I am looking for a lead engineer who can join me as a co-founder to scale KahaniBox to 100M+ monthly users. What you’d be building in next 1 year.. A “content insight engine” that evaluates user’s choices across episodes and informs what mood/theme works for what audience. A recommendation engine that feeds on 100+ data points invisibly from a user and recommends new content with an extremely high success rate. A creator tool allowing our users to create interactive stories in different languages on their smartphones. A team of engineers that is consistently building towards the company’s vision of making best in class data-informed entertainment. A background like this helps: 5+ years of engineering experience in scaling, optimizing and rewriting major systems and least 1 year of relevant engineering team management experience. Strong team building and empowering skills - you excel in hiring and mentoring high-performing engineering teams. Exceptional competencies in data structures, algorithms, software design and OOP. You are experienced with at least one of the following Cloud Providers: GCP, AWS or Azure. Experience in building data pipelines and implementing event-driven architectures. Strong bias to ship early and iterate quickly with data. Bonus points for experience in ML and understanding of game mechanics. You’ll play a key role in creating the world's most data driven media-tech company, where we create content based on data rather than our biases.
