AM:PM is a news platform built for short-form video reels for Gen Z and millennials who want to stay informed without sitting through a panel of five people agreeing with each other for 40 minutes. We go deep without going slow. We understand internet culture because we live in it, not because we read a report about it.

Why this role matters

The internet produces thousands of stories every hour. The challenge isn't finding content, it's finding the right content. This role exists to identify newsworthy videos, trending conversations, and cultural moments, verify what matters, and package them into content people actually want to click, watch, and share.

What you will own

1. Scout newsworthy videos, creator content, and trending conversations across multiple platforms.
2. Identify stories and moments worth publishing on AM:PM.
3. Research and fact-check information before it reaches our audience.
4. Write compelling headlines, video titles, push notifications, captions, and social copy.
5. Work closely with the editorial and video teams to package stories for maximum reach and engagement.
6. Stay on top of politics, business, technology, entertainment, sports, and internet culture to ensure AM:PM is always ahead of the conversation.
7. Move fast without compromising accuracy, credibility, or editorial standards.

Who you are

• 0-2 years of experience through internships, freelance work, journalism, digital media, content or editorial roles.
• You instinctively know where trends and stories break first.
• You can write headlines and notifications that make people stop scrolling.
• You have strong news judgment and understand the importance of fact-checking.
• You are internet-native, curious, resourceful, and obsessed with what's happening online.
• Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate within commutable distance.

This is a 0-to-1 journey. You will help define how AM:PM discovers, packages, and delivers stories for the next generation of news consumers. Bring your writing, projects, or anything that proves you know how to spot a story before everyone else does.

- Writing queries used for front- end applications (websites, desktop applications)

- Designing and coding database tables to store the application data

.- Data modeling to visualize database structure.

- Reviewing query performance and optimizing code.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and grow our Cold Chain Solutions business. The ideal candidate will be result-oriented, comfortable with field sales, and capable of managing client relationships while handling challenging situations with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities-

Develop and implement effective sales strategies for cold chain solutions

Identify and generate new business opportunities while managing key client accounts

Conduct regular field visits to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations using MS Excel and other reporting tools

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and timely delivery

Handle critical customer situations and objections in a professional and solution-driven manner

Required Qualifications & Experience-

Willingness to travel for regular field visits

Requirements

Acquired strong proven professional programming experience.

- Strong command of Algorithms, Data structures, Design patterns, and Product Architectural Design.

- Good understanding of DevOps, Cloud technologies, CI/CD, Serverless and Docker, preferable AWS

- Proven track record and expert in one of the field - DevOps/Frontend/Backend

- Excellent coding and debugging skills in any language with command on any one programming paradigm, preferred Javascript/Python/Go

- Experience with at least one of the Database systems - RDBMS and NoSQL

- Ability to document requirements and specifications.

- A naturally inquisitive and problem-solving mindset.

- Strong experience in using AGILE or SCRUM techniques to build quality software.

Roles and Responsibilities

Based in Jaipur, you will be working in a collaborative team on cutting edge technologies in a supportive and dynamic environment. Ultimately you are responsible for building the CODI and on-boarding new clients - this involves:
