The Role
Some of the key responsibilities for the role would be:
Build and manage high-performing teams with a passion to build multi-tenant platform

Overall 10+ years of experience in the software industry, with recent experience in building
software products
3+ years of recent experience in leading software development teams with full responsibility for software releases, process, and people management.
Deep expertise in building web apps and microservices using Java, Spring Boot,React/JavaScript framework.
Solid understanding of distributed databases such as Mongo, Cassandra, and Elasticsearch.
Good understanding of load balancing, high availability, replication strategies.
Experience in streaming systems like Kafka, Kinesis, or likes
Deep expertise in the AWS ecosystem, and thorough knowledge of building, deploying,scaling, and managing applications natively in AWS
Passion for building and delivering great software which users love to useStrong experience with Continuous Delivery, DevOps processes, and Observability

Responsibilities:

• Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
• Coordinated internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments.
• Analyse project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that the project team adheres to project requirements.
• Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
• Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, set project quality, and performance standards, and assess and manage risk within, and across, multiple projects.
• Structure and manage integrated, multi-track project performance databases for multiple digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects, with an eye on overall progress.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with outside resources including third-party vendors and researchers.
• Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximise deliverable outputs.
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
• 4-11 years of project management and related experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (completed).
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, and timeline.

Requirements
 5-8 years  of PL/SQL experience, implementing stored procedures, triggers, PL/SQL
queries
 Technical hand on and problem solving attitude
 Basic knowledge of JAVA/XHTML/XML/Java Script/FullStack Development
 Knowledge of writing unit test cases using Junit, utPLSQL
 Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
 Experience working in Agile environment
 Experience working in devops tools like Jenkis, docker.
 Good Interpersonal skills and capable of interacting with customer over calls or emails
Preferred Skills
 JAVA/XHTML knowledge

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or higher-level education equivalent

 4 – 6 years of application development with design, development, implementation, and
support experience, including the following:
o C#
o JavaScript
o HTML
o SQL
o Messaging/RabbitMQ
o Asynchronous communication patterns
 Experience with Visual Studio and Git
 A working understanding of build and release automation, preferably with Azure DevOps
 Excellent understanding of object-oriented concepts and .Net framework
 Experience in creating reusable libraries in C#
 Ability to troubleshoot and isolate/solve complex bugs, connectivity issues, or OS related
issues
 Ability to write complex SQL queries and stored procedures in Oracle and/or MS SQL
 Proven ability to use design patterns to accomplish scalable architecture
 Understanding of event-driven architecture
 Experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ
 Experience in the development of REST APIs
 Understanding of basic steps of an Agile SDLC
 Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
 Demonstrated accountability and ownership of assigned tasks
 Demonstrated leadership and ability to work as a leader on large and complex tasks

• 7+ years of experience as Full Stack developer building web-based and
Microservice-based applications, from requirement gathering to
deployment.
• Strong experience in NodeJS, Express, MongoDB
• Previous experience ReactJS , Postgres, CoffeeScript, Typescript, NestJS, Go
Programming is plus
• Hands on experience with RESTful webservices, microservice development
• Experience working on cloud technology.
• Knowledge in AWS serverless, distributed architecture, messaging services,
S3 storage, Managed DB is plus
• Strong experience in Terraform, GraphQL and AWS Services
• Ability to work on multiple work streamsin parallel
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum.
• Knowledge of code versioning tools such as GitHub or equivalent source
control repositories and build toolslike NPM, Yarn
• Experience working in logistics and supply chain domain is a plus.
• Outstanding customer service skills, excellent verbal and written
communication skills

7+ years of experience working as a software developer
● 3+ years of experience with any cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
● Must have Cloud application backend programming experience with any of the modern languages -Java/Node JA/GoLang/Rust.

Built a collaboration platform - messaging, voice, video - to be used in mobile apps, web etc. 

● Good understanding of Docker and Kubernetes deployments

● Hands-on experience with one or more modern programming languages-
Java/Node JS.GoLang/Python/Rust
● Good understanding of linux and associated tools.
