Key Responsibilities

• Manage domestic and international flight bookings, cancellations, reissues, and refunds using Galileo GDS.
• Provide accurate fare quotes, itineraries, and manage PNRs effectively.
• Handle ticket issuance, revalidation, and exchanges as per airline policies.
• Assist customers and internal teams with fare rules, flight schedules, and route options.
• Coordinate with airlines and suppliers for booking-related clarifications or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of all bookings and transactions.
• Ensure excellent customer service through clear communication and professionalism.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in air ticketing (domestic & international).
• Proficiency in Galileo GDS (knowledge of Amadeus or Sabre is an added advantage).
• Strong understanding of fare construction, PNR creation, ticketing rules, and airline regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail with ability to handle multiple bookings efficiently.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Maintain robust CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions)

Performance Marketer

About the role

● Own and drive a full-funnel global paid media strategy. You’ll define and shape our paid acquisition strategy, driving acquisition and assessing the full-funnel impact of our paid channels on activation, conversion, and retention.

● Experiment and test campaigns. You’ll design and execute testing roadmaps to evolve new campaign strategies, measuring performance to achieve maximum returns in any paid spend.

● Analyse, assess performance and iterate. You’ll analyse performance results and make recommendations for decisions across spending, targeting, bidding, creative, landing pages, and more.

● Partner and collaborate cross-functionally. You are highly collaborative in your approach and work closely with your counterparts across design, engineering, growth, and product.

What are we looking for?

● 5+ years working in the marketing or growth function, preferably in a startup.

● Proven experience in managing paid digital campaigns. You have a solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and customer acquisition.

● Hands-on experience in Google AdWords and Display/Social ads is a must. Expertise in one of them is a pre-requisite.

● Experience in subscription businesses is a bonus (Free to Paid, Recurring constructs). Also, experience in web-based marketing (we use apps mostly for engagement, and most of us customers convert on the web - both desktop & web)

   • Coordinating between clients & warehouses/respective teams to ensure smooth delivery of customised gifting orders - personal or corporate.
   • Plan for and manage inventory across all channels - e-commerce, retail & third party portals.
   • Work on gifting catalogue, client leads and end to end customer servicing

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of industry experience.
• 5+ years of experience in hands-on testing and 3 years of experience as a manager.
• Experience managing senior test engineers
• Experience in Python
• Experience in automation testing
• Experience in managing resources and area ownership within a distributed and adaptable model.
• Strong knowledge in automated testing methods and technologies required, preferably with (Selenium, REST Assured, SoapUI)
• A solid engineering foundation indicated by a demonstrated understanding of product design, life cycle, software development practices, and support services.
• Experience with standard test, defect, and automation management tools such as HP ALM, JIRA, and Jenkins.
• As the team needs to develop continuous integration of the framework we are looking for someone with CI/CD Infrastructure experience.
• Proven track record to lead a team efficiently when working with tight deadlines across multiple projects while maintaining a balanced work environment.
• Experience coordinating teams across multiple sites and time zones
• Experience in delivering large releases to the customer through direct and partner teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• More than 3 years’ experience with scripting languages, such as Python.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as PyTest, Robot, and Postman.
• Experience with cloud environments such as GCP, AWS, and Azure.
• Experience with Kubernetes 
• Knowledge on testing open source applications
• Domain knowledge in Data Engineering.
