
Job Purpose :
Working with the Tech Data Sales Team, the Presales Consultant is responsible for providing presales technical support to the Sales team and presenting tailored demonstrations or qualification discussions to customers and/or prospects. The Presales Consultant also assists the Sales Team with qualifying opportunities - in or out and helping expand existing opportunities through solid questioning. The Presales Consultant will be responsible on conducting Technical Proof of Concept, Demonstration & Presentation on the supported products & solution.
Responsibilities :
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the development of Microsoft Cloud Solutions (Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft 365, Windows 365, EMS, Endpoint Security etc.)
- Collaborate and align with business leads to understand their business requirement and growth initiatives to propose the required solutions for Cloud and Hybrid Cloud
- Manage the APJ COE environment and Click-to-Run Solutions
- Provide solution proposal and pre-sales technical support for sales opportunities by identifying the requirements and design Hybrid Cloud solutions
- Create Solutions Play and blueprint to effectively explain and articulate solution use cases to internal TD Sales, Pre-sales and partners community
- Support in-country (APJ countries) Presales Team for any technical related enquiries
- Support Country's Product / Channel Sales Team in prospecting new opportunities in Cloud & Hybrid Cloud
- Provide technical and sales trainings to TD sales, pre-sales and partners
- Lead & Conduct solution presentations and demonstrations
- Deliver presentations at Tech Data, Partner or Vendor led solutions events
- Achieve relevant product certifications
- Conduct customer workshops that help accelerate sales opportunities
Knowledge, Skills And Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in information technology/Computer Science or equivalent experience certifications preferred
- Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience, ideally in IT multinational environment
- Track record on the assigned line cards experience is an added advantage
- IT Distributor and/or SI experience would also be an added advantage
- Has good communication skills and problem solving skills
- Proven ability to work independently, effectively in an off-site environment and under high pressure

As a Customer Experience Champion, you will work as part of SunEdison’s Customer Experience team. This role requires a results-focused individual who can liaise with our Customer Experience, Sales and Operations teams. The Objectives of this role include

The Opportunity:
Tars is looking to hire an Account Executive to close new sales. In this role, your goal is to help:
- Marketers get better ROI in their campaigns

- First and foremost, you need to be good at building rapport with prospects. Relationship building is very critical to be successful as a salesperson in this market. They need to first trust you before buying anything from you.
- You need to get really good at solution selling. Our product is not a commodity with simple features. You need to be able to connect the customer’s needs, don the consultant’s hat, and provide the right solution to them. That’s half the sale. You need to develop a good enough understanding of the product and the market to be effective at this.
- You need patience but you need to be proactive in nurturing the prospect to succeed in this role.
- You need to be resilient, be ready to face rejections and still keep going. Without an intrinsic motivation to perform well and constantly improve, this is a hard job. It will take time to succeed.
- You need to be disciplined and good at multi tasking. When you have many leads in your pipeline at any time, prioritization & context switching become critical skills. Otherwise, it’s easy to get overwhelmed.

- We’ll walk you through our current sales playbook and sales enablement materials. We’ll also do a deep dive on competitors and handling other objections, along with role plays to get you prepared.
- During the first 4 weeks, you will be invited to shadow plenty of sales calls just to listen in and understand how we go about sales currently. We believe everybody will learn different things from this process but it has worked very effectively in the past.
- We have a weekly 30 min standup for marketing, SDRs, and AEs to sync up along with the CEO. It ensures we are all aligned and understand the priorities. You will have a quarterly 1:1 review with the CEO to discuss your career goals and overall success, apart from regular mentoring.
