Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Administrator to manage, support, and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment, with primary responsibility for Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong administration, troubleshooting, security, and user support skills, ensuring high availability, compliance, and seamless collaboration across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Microsoft 365 Administration

• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 tenant and related services.
• Manage users, groups, licenses, and Microsoft 365 subscriptions.
• Configure and maintain Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) identities, authentication, and access policies.
• Monitor Microsoft 365 service health and resolve operational issues.

Exchange Online

• Administer Exchange Online mailboxes, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, and mail-enabled security groups.
• Configure mail flow, connectors, transport rules, and anti-spam/anti-malware policies.
• Manage retention policies, litigation hold, archive mailboxes, and mailbox permissions.
• Troubleshoot email delivery, Outlook connectivity, and calendar-related issues.
• Support email migrations and hybrid Exchange environments (preferred).

SharePoint Online

• Administer SharePoint Online sites, site collections, document libraries, and permissions.
• Implement governance, storage management, and content lifecycle policies.
• Configure sharing policies and external collaboration.
• Support site creation, customization, and user access management.
• Troubleshoot SharePoint performance and permission-related issues.

Microsoft Teams

• Administer Microsoft Teams, including Teams, channels, policies, and permissions.
• Manage Teams Voice, meeting, messaging, and collaboration policies.
• Configure guest access, external access, and Teams governance.
• Troubleshoot Teams client, meetings, calling, and collaboration issues.
• Support Teams deployment and user adoption initiatives.

Security & Compliance

• Implement Conditional Access and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Configure Microsoft Defender for Office 365 security policies.
• Manage Microsoft Purview compliance features, including retention, DLP, eDiscovery, and audit logs.
• Monitor security alerts and recommend improvements based on Microsoft best practices.

Automation & Reporting

• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell.
• Generate reports on licensing, mailbox usage, Teams activity, SharePoint storage, and security.
• Maintain operational documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base articles.

Support & Operations

• Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for Microsoft 365 services.
• Perform root cause analysis and incident resolution.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams.
• Participate in planned maintenance, upgrades, and migration projects.

Roles and Responsibility

•  We are looking for a Data Engineer with 3-5 years experience in Python, SQL, AWS (EC2, S3, Elastic Beanstalk, API Gateway), and Java.
• The applicant must be able to perform Data Mapping (data type conversion, schema harmonization) using Python, SQL, and Java.
• The applicant must be familiar with and have programmed ETL interfaces (OAUTH, REST API, ODBC) using the same languages.

• Develop and execute both manual test scripts/cases based on analyzed requirements for the Hematology Medical Device.
• Investigates software, hardware, system problems and determines root causes for failures.
• Report and track the defects to closure, support for defect investigation, validate defect fixes and analyze the impact of fixes.
• Be involved in test lab management and improvement of test process activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or other relevant degree and 6+ years of relevant experience
• Work Experience Requirements: 6 or more years of experience in developing software system test designs and procedures.
• Experience in testing of software systems, preferably related to medical instrumentation
• Able to evaluate system specifications and requirements for completeness and testability
• Able to generate test designs and procedures from specifications and use cases, using industry-standard test design techniques, with minimal guidance
• Good understanding of software testing methodologies
• Experience with Requirements Management and Traceability
• Experience with Automated Software Testing is a plus
• Able to Document specifications, and or test documentation
• Able to execute test procedures manually, with minimal guidance
• Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal direction.
• Excellent communication skills. Ability to interface with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in IVD instrumentation, such as clinical chemistry, immunoassay, hematology, urinalysis, molecular, microbiology, or flow cytometry systems, a plus.
