Data Engineering Manager

We're hiring a Tele-caller for Collection & Recovery in Bengaluru (Hebbal area). The role involves making outbound calls to customers with outstanding debts, negotiating repayment plans, and maintaining accurate records. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and local languages (e.g., Kannada) is required. Prior experience in collections/customer service is preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills are a must. Bachelor's degree required. CTC is based on previous experience.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating stunning visuals across a wide range of media including digital, print, and video content. You'll collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and creative teams to bring our brand vision to life while ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Your work will help shape the visual identity of the brand and engage our target audience in meaningful ways.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING?

• 1-4 years of design and work experience in visual design, including creating graphics and video content for digital and print media.
• Skilled in apt design tools like Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, Premier Pro, and After Effects with an eye for composition, color, design, space design, and details.
• Proven ability to create both static and motion-based ads (e.g., GIFs, Lottie animations)
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital creative work, including examples of ad integration in digital environments.
• Use data - Check CTRs and revamp design basis the learnings.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

The JD is as below:

Onboarding customers, collecting all the required documents, executing agreements etc

Collecting repayments and educating customers on credit benefits and timely repayment benefits

Building and maintaining relationships with clients and sellers' ground team

Meeting and exceeding sales targets

Staying up-to-date on company policies and competitor activities

Collaborating with internal teams and anchor teams to ensure the successful product placement

Providing excellent customer service to customers/borrowers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Node.js & Angular development.
• Experience with NoSQL database technologies like MongoDB is must.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage projects properly and meet project deadlines.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines is must.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Product development team in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust MEAN stack Application.
• Should be able to plan & execute Development Sprints in Jira based on given Feature Documentation.
• Should be able to allocate resources for Sprints and give time estimates.
• Conduct Daily Standup Meetings for Team and make sure of Sprint Progress.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, guiding them in best practices for MEAN Stack development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and communicate project progress.
• Stay updated with the latest development trends, tools, and technologies, and advocate for their adoption within the team.
• Making sure that we are creating highly scalable and maintainable API’s that meet performance and security requirements.
• Make sure to have at least 90% Test Coverage for NodeJS Backend.
• Conduct detailed code reviews & refactoring and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project guidelines.
• Optimising frontend components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
• Develop detailed, annotated wireframes depicting all elements on unique screen types, including content, functional, navigation, and interaction specifications.
• Articulates rationale for approach in the context of both business and user needs.
• Define processes and deliverable that meet project goals and are reasonable within operational, cultural and technology constraints.
• Submit Weekly Sprint & Product Performance Report to Management

1. Collaborate with the team to develop design concepts and visual solutions.

2. Work with our draping software to create virtual draping experiences for our customers.

3. Assist in creating textile patterns and designs for our products.

4. Assist in video editing and video-making tasks to produce engaging promotional content for our brand

5. Apply your knowledge of digital marketing and Instagram marketing to strategize and execute effective social media campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.

6. Embrace design thinking principles to solve complex creative challenges and contribute innovative ideas to our design process.

7 Utilize Canva to develop aesthetically pleasing and visually appealing graphics for our online platforms and marketing materials.

Responsibilities include:

• Create, manage and shape branded content on social media

• Own engagement and social audience growth metrics

You should be:

• A creative content and copy writer

• Super active on social media

• A storyteller with strong oral and written communication skills

• Be highly-organised and autonomous

Preferred skills:

• Graphics Design (Primarily Social Media Content)

• Research based writing (In-depth blogs, ebooks)

• Experience with social media management

We are tech/langugage agnostic when it comes to developers, so the only hard requirement is to be smart and passionate. That being said, having the skills below will be an advantage:

• Experience working with Flutter and/or Dart
• Experience with React/React Native (makes it easier to pick up flutter)
• Experience with Native app development (sooner or later you might get to a point where you need to write native modules as well)
