About the Role:
As a Senior SDET, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and high performance of our open banking systems. This position involves extensive collaboration with development teams to guarantee the delivery of top-quality products. You will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive test plans, contributing to the development and maintenance of our in-house automation framework, and analyzing test results to identify potential issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, maintain, and adapt automation frameworks for open banking solutions.
- Collaborate closely with all stakeholders to understand the full context of deliveries and translate complex functional and non-functional requirements into actionable tasks.
- Ensure Quality Guidelines are met during the development cycle.
- Monitor and report on test results, identifying potential performance issues.
- Identify and recommend improvements to optimize the performance and scalability of open banking systems.
- Participate in code reviews.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the testing domain, with a focus on automation.
- Proven experience as an Automation Engineer or SDET, with a track record of building and maintaining scalable, reliable test frameworks.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., WebdriverIO, Selenium).
- A passion for testing, innovation, and a demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of performance testing tools such as Grafana and Kibana is a plus.
