Key Responsibilities:

● Sourcing Talent: Actively use multiple job portals such as Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Monster, and other recruitment platforms to source and attract candidates for technical roles.

● Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from initial candidate sourcing to final offer negotiations, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all parties involved.

● Technical Acumen: Possess a sound understanding of various technologies, including but not limited to Ruby on Rails (RoR), React JS, Java, .NET, PHP, Python, Android/Mobile development, to assess and recruit for diverse technical roles.

● In-House Recruitment: Experience in both in-house and international recruitment, ensuring the ability to handle a diverse set of hiring needs.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Tester to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through meticulous testing and analysis. This role involves creating and executing test plans, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with developers to resolve issues. The specific responsibilities and required experience will vary depending on the level (Junior, Mid-Level, Senior, or Lead).   

Responsibilities (Adjust based on the level):

• Test Planning and Execution:
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on software requirements and specifications.
• Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, system, and performance testing.
• Utilize test management tools to organize and track testing activities.
• For Senior/Lead roles: Design test strategies, and provide mentorship to junior testers.
• Defect Management:
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking systems.
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve defects.
• Verify defect fixes and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Requirements Analysis:
• Review and analyze software requirements and specifications to ensure testability.
• Provide feedback on requirements and design documents.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.   
• Communicate testing progress and results effectively.
• For Senior/Lead roles: Lead meetings, and communicate with upper management.
• Automation (For Mid-Level, Senior, and Lead):
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cypress, etc.).
• Implement and maintain continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Perform performance and load testing using appropriate tools

Qualifications and Experience

• 3-5 years managing cross disciplinary products at scale as a product manager
• Strong passion for Privacy. Although no previous experience in this domain is required and mentorship will be provided, you must be willing to become a deep expert in this field.
• Computer Engineering or Software Engineering background with the ability to parse various layers of a software stack (to understand its implications on Privacy)
• A history of building and cultivating lasting cross-functional partnerships with both internal and external groups across Engineering, Product, Security, and Legal
• You are a strategic problem solver and valued collaborator; you are just as comfortable strategizing and leading as you are diving into the details of product work when circumstances require it.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js)

Work closely with the team to understand business requirements and deliver solutions

Implement and maintain blockchain-based solutions using various blockchain platforms

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs

Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices and standards

Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in web development using the MERN stack

Experience with blockchain technology, such as Ethereum, Bsc, Solana,

L2 solutions of Ethereum(Optimisms, Polygon).

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, and MongoDB

Knowledge of RESTful API/GraphQl design and development

Understanding of Hashing algorithms.

Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies, and continuous integration and deployment

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Strong communication and collaboration skills
