Roles and responsibilities:
• From understanding the causes that the nonprofit work for to collaborating with the
corporate team to provide suitable fundraising solution - you will be involved in the
entire process of driving fundraising for the nonprofits.
• Will work closely with non-profits and documents related to onboarding, will carry
out initial level of due diligence
• Support in preparing campaigns and project proposals
• Establish and manage relationship with our partners
• Planning and prioritizing activities and complete the threads
• Ensuring completion of tasks under the stipulated time frame
• Providing up to date information to the stakeholders as and when required
Skills and Background:
• Graduate from a reputed university – Post graduation will be an advantage
• Should have 3 - 5 years of experience in coordinating and managing end to end
stakeholder relationship
• Thorough understanding of nonprofits and fundraising cycle

About the job:
- This job represents business stakeholders to elicit, understand, analyse, document, refine and communicate business needs, so that technical delivery teams can build effective solutions.
- This requires a detailed understanding of customer needs, as well as business vision and strategy, to prioritize investment, business value and delivery.
- This position serves as the day-to-day decision maker and provides continual business guidance for the execution team.
KPIs:
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to generate, refine & manage product backlog by analysing business and stakeholder requirements
- Responsible for timely delivery of product features and enhancements as per product backlog
- Analyse and derive data-driven product enhancement insights by continuous monitoring of analytics dashboards
Roles and responsibilities:
- Business Requirements elicitation, Articulating functional specifications and test cases.
- Planning and prioritize product feature backlog and development (Define user stories and acceptance criteria).
- Assessing value, develop cases, user stories, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value.
- Leading the planning of product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities.
- Ensuring completion of projects under the stipulated timeframe.
- Providing an active role in mitigating roadblocks impacting successful team completion of deployments.
- Researching and analysing the markets, the users, and the roadmap for the product.
- Following competitors and other products related to their portfolio.
- Work closely with all teams involved in building and shipping the product including design, engineering, QA, marketing, finance, and Internal and external Tech teams.
- Demonstrating the product and conduct internal/external trainings
Skills and Background:
- You have a track record of delivering impactful software.
- You have a knack for prioritization, obtaining buy-in from stakeholders, and resolving conflicts as they arise.
- You are well versed with Agile, Lean and Continuous Delivery methodologies and love to mentor others.
- You are resilient and flexible in ambiguous situations and can approach challenges from technical and business perspectives.
- You have a genuine passion for quality software and the know-how to get from sketch to code.
What do I need to be Eligible for this Role?
- An engineering degree B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/M.Sc.
- You should have at least 3 to 6 years of product ownership experience in a product-based development organization.
- You should have the ability to envision solutions to business problems and align solutions to product roadmap.
- Product Owner Certification is a plus.
