Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with strong expertise in sales, strategy, digital marketing, and team leadership, particularly in the local business technology solutions space.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sales operations, including lead nurturing, consultation pitching, and deal closures.
• Develop and execute smart sales strategies to deliver high conversion numbers.
• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points to refine sales tactics.
• Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead conversion through targeted campaigns.
• Conduct pricing and value comparisons to demonstrate ROI to clients.
• Oversee the entire sales pipeline, ensuring smooth follow-ups and post-sale satisfaction.
• Track performance metrics, prepare sales reports, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven 4+ years of experience in business development, sales and digital marketing (preferably in local business tech solutions).
• Strong expertise in sales pitch, sales strategy, digital marketing, and team leadership.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable with using and selling technology platform solutions
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in selling digital marketing services or SaaS products to local businesses.
• Understanding of SEO and Local SEO, online reputation management, and Google and Meta Ads.
• Experience in handling high-ticket sales and negotiating long-term contracts.

Job Description:

• Contribute to all phases of the development life-cycle of the students and train a dynamic team of students.
• Should possess strong knowledge of JavaScript, Typescript, Angular JS, React JS, Node JS, and DBMS along with a passion for Blockchain.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated FreeSWITCH Engineer with hands-on experience in VoIP systems. You will play a key role in developing, configuring, and maintaining scalable and reliable FreeSWITCH-based voice infrastructures. This is a onsite role based in Gurugram location.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain FreeSWITCH servers and related VoIP infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve FreeSWITCH and VoIP-related issues.
• Develop custom dial plans, modules, and call routing logic.
• Work with SIP, RTP, and related VoIP protocols.
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
• Collaborate with development, network, and support teams to optimize voice systems.
• Document configurations, workflows, and system changes.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with FreeSWITCH in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of VoIP technologies and SIP protocol.
• Experience with Linux system administration.

challenges into solution-driven strategies. 

• Hands-on experience with business requirement gathering, process 

documentation, and workflow analysis. 

• Ability to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and feature

• Strong stakeholder management skills, ensuring clear communication between 

business, technology, and vendors. 

• Proficiency in data visualization, business process modelling tools, and reporting 

frameworks.
