HR Associate 

As HR Associate in the IT Startup, you will use your unique blend of HR and Communication skills to recruit top talent in IT Industry as well as retain employees. In this role, you will be responsible for obtaining and recording HR information, managing the HR database, and assisting company employees with enrollment procedures and HR-related issues.

At Mudrantar, we are looking for an expert QA Engineer who is highly skilled with Manual as well as Automated Testing. Your primary focus will be Quality of our Software Products and Services. You will ensure that your testing produces robust, secure and user friendly product. You will coordinate with other team members, including front-end, back-end developers, Product Manager and UX/UI designers. Your commitment to team collaboration, perfect communication, and a quality product is crucial.

Key Responsibilities

• Automated testing of Mudrantar Products and Services to find bugs and report them
• Build test cases and test reports for each product /service release
• Assign bug priorities, signoff before PROD release and reproduce bugs reported by clients or Sales/onboarding Team
• Implementing automated testing integrated into development and maintenance workflows
• Staying up to date with all recent developments in the testing, automated testing, cross browser testing, smoke testing etc.
• Working closely with development team to achieve robust product development

Skills

• Actual experience in Software Testing. (Manual + Automation)
• Candidates must have a basic understanding of databases.
• Sound knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
• Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans
• Prepare test cases , test scenarios , and requirements traceability matrix based on business requirements
• Understand the functions of application , identify defects by testing and analyze it to find the root cause.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Sound knowledge of testing and bug reporting tools.
• Knowledge of JIRA will be an added advantage.
• Should be well versed with web , mobile , functional , non functional and UI testing.
• Should have knowledge of Selenium or similar automation tools.
• Knowledge of API testing will be preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with analytical skills.
• Candidates should be able to think out of the Box.

Full Stack JavaScript Developer Position 

We are looking for an expert Full Stack JavaScript developer who is highly skilled with Vue.js. Your primary focus will be developing user-facing web applications and components. You’ll implement them with the Vue.js framework, following generally accepted practices and workflows. You will ensure that you produce robust, secure, modular, and maintainable code. You will coordinate with other team members, including back-end developers and UX/UI designers. Your commitment to team collaboration, perfect communication, and a quality product is crucial.

• Front end UI/UX technologies such as tailwinds, vuex router and similar
• Developing user-facing applications using NodeJS (HapiJS, ExpressJS ), Vue.js 
• Building modular and reusable components and libraries

• Staying up to date with all recent developments in the JavaScript
• Keeping an eye on security updates and issues reported and all project dependencies

Skills   

• Highly proficient with the JavaScript language and its modern ES6+ syntax and features 
• Highly proficient with backend frameworks like HapiJS, ExpressJS  
• Highly proficient with Vue.js framework and its core principles such as components, reactivity, and the virtual DOM 
• Familiarity with the Vue.js ecosystem, including Vue CLI, Vuex, Vue Router, and NuxtJS 
• Good understanding of HTML5 and CSS3
• Understanding of server-side rendering and its benefits and use cases 
• Knowledge of functional programming and object-oriented programming paradigms 
• Ability to write efficient, secure, well-documented, and clean JavaScript code 
• Familiarity with automated JavaScript testing, specifically testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha 
• Proficiency with modern development tools, like BitBucket, Babel, Webpack, and Git

Product Manager 

As a Product Engineering Manager in the SaaS industry, you will use your unique blend of business and technical savvy to create product strategies that solve user challenges to drive revenue growth via increased adoption and retention.
