Ambitious Project Manager with extensive experience in high-end Residential Interiors with demonstrated ability in planning, managing procurement, scheduling, quality control, and coordination of MEP services.

Job Profile -

• Manage Customer communication and Customer experience
• Delivery of Projects as per committed timeline & desired Quality
• To gather and share project information with Project Stakeholders
• Maintain strong relationships with Contractors, Suppliers, and Designers
• Ensure Execution at Sites as per Standard ensure execution process
• Willingness to learn new techniques for tracking projects
• Track & plan Site activities as per Master Project Schedule, identify the risk involved, and plan alternate on-site work execution strategies accordingly
• Verify the bills submitted by Contractors, suppliers post checking on-site measurements of work carried out at the site
• Coach & train Project Executives to ensure all Standard practices are getting followed as far as on-site execution and reporting are concerned.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the automation testing effort of our cloud management platform.

• Create and maintain automation test cases and test suites.

• Work closely with the development team to ensure that the automation tests are integrated into the development process.

• Collaborate with other QA team members to identify and resolve defects.

• Implement automation testing best practices and continuously improve the automation testing framework.

• Develop and maintain automation test scripts using programming languages such as Python.

• Conduct performance testing using tools such as JMeter, Gatling, or Locust.

• Monitor and report on automation testing and performance testing progress and results.

• Ensure that the automation testing and performance testing strategy aligns with overall product quality goals and objectives.

• Manage and mentor a team of automation QA engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in automation testing and performance testing.

• Experience in leading and managing automation testing teams.

• Strong experience with automation testing frameworks including Robot Framework.

• Strong experience with programming languages, including Python.

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

• Experience with testing cloud-based applications.

• Good understanding of Cloud services & ecosystem, specifically AWS.

• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, or Locust.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Passionate about automation testing and performance testing.

• 5+ years of industry experience in administering (including setting up, managing, monitoring) data processing pipelines (both streaming and batch) using frameworks such as Kafka Streams, Py Spark, and streaming databases like druid or equivalent like Hive
• Strong industry expertise with containerization technologies including kubernetes (EKS/AKS), Kubeflow
• Experience with cloud platform services such as AWS, Azure or GCP especially with EKS, Managed Kafka
• 5+ Industry experience in python
• Experience with popular modern web frameworks such as Spring boot, Play framework, or Django
• Experience with scripting languages. Python experience highly desirable. Experience in API development using Swagger
• Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

Responsibilities

• Architect, Design and Implement Large scale data processing pipelines using Kafka Streams, PySpark, Fluentd and Druid
• Create custom Operators for Kubernetes, Kubeflow
• Develop data ingestion processes and ETLs
• Assist in dev ops operations
• Design and Implement APIs
• Identify performance bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and documentation
• Communicate with stakeholders regarding various aspects of solution.
• Mentor team members on best practices
