Description:

We are looking for a computer vision engineer to lead our team in developing a factory floor analytics SaaS product. This would be a fast-paced role and the person will get an opportunity to develop an industrial grade solution from concept to deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Research and develop computer vision solutions for industries (BFSI, Beauty and personal care, E-commerce, Defence etc.)
• Lead a team of ML engineers in developing an industrial AI product from scratch
• Setup end-end Deep Learning pipeline for data ingestion, preparation, model training, validation and deployment
• Tune the models to achieve high accuracy rates and minimum latency
• Deploying developed computer vision models on edge devices after optimization to meet customer requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Understanding about depth and breadth of computer vision and deep learning algorithms.
• 4+ years of industrial experience in computer vision and/or deep learning
• Experience in taking an AI product from scratch to commercial deployment.
• Experience in Image enhancement, object detection, image segmentation, image classification algorithms
• Experience in deployment with OpenVINO, ONNXruntime and TensorRT
• Experience in deploying computer vision solutions on edge devices such as Intel Movidius and Nvidia Jetson
• Experience with any machine/deep learning frameworks like Tensorflow, and PyTorch.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

What you’ll do here:

• Define and evolve the architecture of the Resulticks platform, ensuring alignment with business strategy and scalability requirements.

• Lead the design of highly scalable, fault-tolerant, secure, and performant systems.

• Provide architectural oversight across application layers—UI, services, data, and integration.

• Drive modernization of the platform using cloud-native, microservices, and API-first approaches.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, QA, and DevOps to ensure architectural integrity across development lifecycles. • Identify and address architectural risks, tech debt, and scalability challenges early in the design process.

• Guide the selection and integration of third-party technologies and platforms.

• Define and enforce architectural best practices, coding standards, and technology governance.

• Contribute to roadmap planning by assessing feasibility and impact of new features or redesigns.

• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions, mentoring developers and technical leads.

• Stay current on emerging technologies, architecture patterns, and industry best practices to maintain platform competitiveness.

• Ensure security, compliance, and data privacy are embedded in architectural decisions, especially for industries like BFSI and telecom.

What you will need to thrive:

• 15+ years of experience in software/product development with at least 5 years in a senior architecture role.

• Proven experience architecting SaaS or large-scale B2B platforms, ideally in MarTech, AdTech, or CRM domains.

• Strong command of modern backend and frontend frameworks (e.g., .NET Core, Java, Python, React).

Timings:

• The person is expected to deliver with both high speed and high quality as well as work for 40 Hours per week (~6.5 hours per day, 6 days per week) in shifts which will rotate every month.

We are looking for a Program Manager who can drive our programs across a maximum of 6 centers and ensure the seamless delivery of the programs in line with the organization’s objectives to the complete satisfaction of learners and their parents.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

The Program Manager will be responsible for 

• Effective implementation of program across 6 centers with regard to learner satisfaction,learning outcomes and parent satisfaction

• End to end training in content,learning system,operations and implementation

• Ensuring venue readiness in terms of room setup,material availability etc before the program starts and act as single point of contact for venue partner,parents and learners

• Coordinating kitting ,packing and transportation of materials to and from venues.

• Creating,Updating and maintaining a learner and parent database across all venues

• Creating schedules across venues and communicate the same to facilitators,parents,learners

• Rescheduling of classes at venues as required

• Observing the classrooms and documenting the observations for mentoring facilitators

• Conduct meetings with facilitators and teams to discuss the observations from classroom observation

• Collecting data/feedback from facilitators,learners,parents and classroom observations and loop it back to  Leo & Mike team for appropriate interventions in content and program improvement

• Initiating appropriate interventions wherever required with respect to learner and parent issues

• Managing the post sale communication to parents regarding the programs and communicating about learners to parents through the facilitators
