Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 3+ years of experience in graphic design within B2C companies working across print and digital media

Mandatory (Experience 2): Proven experience designing marketing collaterals (brochures, flyers, banners, standees, event signage, and sponsorship assets) and digital creatives for social media and campaigns

Mandatory (Skill 1): Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma for design execution and collaboration.

Mandatory (Skill 2): Strong understanding of brand identity, visual hierarchy, and lead-generation design principles — ability to convert marketing objectives into impactful visuals.

Mandatory (Portfolio): Demonstrated portfolio including both print/event assets and digital/social creatives that show consistency, storytelling, and creativity.

Mandatory (Background): BDes / MDes from Tier-1 College (NID, IIT, NIFT) OR Top B2C Product Companies (preferred fintech)

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the sales of corporate kiosks, industrial Label printers, Line Matrix Printers, and POS terminals (80% primary product).
• Sales of AIDC printers (20% secondary product).
• Conduct periodic meetings with end customers across various verticals.
• Manage new business development with a focus on corporate customers.
• Own the entire sales cycle from quoting to collection.
• Achieve assigned monthly targets.

Qualifications, Skills and Experiences

• BE / BTech / ME / M Tech in engineering or MCA or similar relevant field.
• 2 to 17 years (Junior, Intermediate, Senior Role & we have multiple openings)of relevant hands-on experience and excellent knowledge of Java, Python, SQL, Relational Databases, DB schema or ORM technologies.
• Excellent knowledge and experience of building applications, platforms and services in Java, Python and MS SQL or at least two of them.
• 5 + years of experience of managing projects, team and stakeholders.
• Knowledge and experience of agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and make quality decisions in moderately to high ambiguous work environment.
• Previous work experience in financial services, especially, capital markets is preferred.

• Two years' experience as a Node.js developer.
• Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3.

Backend Engineer (Senior Role 7 Years) - 3 Positions

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Sr. backend Engineer to join JiT Finco. As a member of the core technology team, you will be working with the existing product development team and owning a few modules that are critical to our customer journeys.

We are looking for an engineer to join our front-end engineering team who has experience in Python (Django Framework)

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field.
• Previous experience 6-8 Yrs working as a Python Developer
• Experience with owning and developing product modules in Django
• In-depth knowledge of Django Framework
• Built RESTful APIs and familiarity with Postman
• Sound familiarity with GitHub
• Exposure to aspects related to product architecture
• Has experience in architecting and building for scale
• Knowledge of AWS, CI/CD pipeline et al
• Knowledge of performance testing frameworks
• Familiarity with Celery would be an added advantage
• Experience with Agile development

A strong background in Azure OR Amazon Web Services (AWS) or a similar cloud platform is a must-have, certification is a plus.

Fully aware of the DevOps cycle with hands-on on deployment models to the cloud.

Experience working with Docker and related containerization technologies.

Experience working on orchestration platforms such as AKS, RedHat OpenShift etc.

Extensive knowledge working with logging and monitoring tools such as EFK, visualization tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.

Exposure to security alert monitoring tools.
