Our Client is focused on democratizing Insurance through technology. It is a cloud-based platform connecting distributors to the Insurance Ecosystem to sell and manage Insurance programs. They are creating a middleware connecting consumers, traditional insurance institutions, intermediaries, and service partners on a single platform. Basically, give distributors the ability access to the entire Insurance ecosystem via 1 API / 1 platform.

Their goal is simple - Provide a new way to do Insurance, which is secure, easy, and focuses on the consumer while staying compliant with the frameworks laid down by the regulator.

Description

This is a mission-critical role. They are a small, diverse, agile and high-performance, engineering team. They are looking for versatile developers who will:

Key Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for design, development and delivery our web-based application in an agile manner built on Java Spring Boot, React, My SQL and Mongo DB.
• You will be expected to write code on day-to-day basis while testing it on real world use cases
• You will be an independent owner of your feature on the platform.
• You will be a part of the core software development team and are expected to participate in all development cycles.
• You will be responsible for closure of business requirements end-to-end by working cross-functionally and will be expected to mentor and drive other members of the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer / Technology domain.
• 4-7 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a start-up environment/ building SaaS products.
• Excellent coding skills with ability to deliver in a hyper growth phase.
• Hands on experience in JAVA and practical experience in developing and designing scalable software solutions.
• Excellent Problem-solving skills & understanding of data structures in a complex environment.
• Extensive experience in Spring, Hibernate and SpringBoot
• Experience in building REST Services
• Experience in integrating third party APIs (Payment gateways, SMS gateways, Accounting software APIs, APIs of CRM tools etc.) into web applications
• Experience in working with SQL and no SQL DBs (Preferably Mongo DB)
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker is a plus
• Knowledge of how insurance processes and past experience in working on insurance applications is a plus.

Responsibilities: 

• Design and develop clean, high-performing, responsive and multilingual user experiences for our eCommerce sites using alpinejs and tailwind
• Working closely with project managers to address client requests 
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, and be able to address their specific needs and requirements quickly
• Proactively identify and address engineering challenges to enhance the overall quality and performance of our web applications.

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand business requirements and effectively translate them into technical requirements.
• Ability to write algorithms in Javascript
• Strong knowledge of web technologies and concepts, including HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, components architecture, performance optimization techniques, and tools like Lighthouse.
• Proficiency in core JavaScript concepts and familiarity with jQuery.
• Knowledge of modern frameworks such as AlpineJS providing an added advantage.
• Familiarity with working with RESTful APIs.
• Understanding of B2C user experience metrics using industry-standard analytics tools.
• Knowledge of php and Magento would be an advantage.
• Understanding of web UIs, demonstrated through a portfolio

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Extensive experience and deep understanding in Java 8, including multithreading, data-structures and algorithms.
• Strong understanding of distributed architecture concepts, Design patterns, SOLID principles, 

SOA, Microservices, Cloud hosting solutions (preferably AWS).

• Good experience in developing REST API and Json, in Java backend applications.
• Hands on experience with SQL, NoSQL concepts.
• Test driven development, including unit test cases using any test framework (JUnit, spring-test, MockMvc), and end-to end testing.
• Excellence in writing and maintaining clear end-user documentation including API specifications, patterns, best practices, and data definitions, including Swagger.
• Good knowledge of GIT.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and build automation tools like Jenkins pipelines for Continuous Integration (CI)/ Continuous Delivery (CD), maven/Gradle
• Experience with Agile software development (e.g., SCRUM or KANBAN) and/ or User Centered design process.
• Experience in working with Angular 6+/ReactJS 16+ & Redux, JSP, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery and Javascript will be a plus.

Job Description - Sr Azure Data Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Hands-on programming in C# / .Net,
2. Develop serverless applications using Azure Function Apps.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Program Manager who can drive our programs across a maximum of 6 centers and ensure the seamless delivery of the programs in line with the organization’s objectives to the complete satisfaction of learners and their parents.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

The Program Manager will be responsible for 

• Effective implementation of program across 6 centers with regard to learner satisfaction,learning outcomes and parent satisfaction

• End to end training in content,learning system,operations and implementation

• Ensuring venue readiness in terms of room setup,material availability etc before the program starts and act as single point of contact for venue partner,parents and learners

• Coordinating kitting ,packing and transportation of materials to and from venues.

• Creating,Updating and maintaining a learner and parent database across all venues

• Creating schedules across venues and communicate the same to facilitators,parents,learners

• Rescheduling of classes at venues as required

• Observing the classrooms and documenting the observations for mentoring facilitators

• Conduct meetings with facilitators and teams to discuss the observations from classroom observation

• Collecting data/feedback from facilitators,learners,parents and classroom observations and loop it back to  Leo & Mike team for appropriate interventions in content and program improvement

• Initiating appropriate interventions wherever required with respect to learner and parent issues

• Managing the post sale communication to parents regarding the programs and communicating about learners to parents through the facilitators

     Requirements
