Responsibilities

• Source, qualify and match candidates to defined profiles and specific open requisitions.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the profiles for which you are searching by forming and maintaining a relationship with the hiring manager and internal stakeholders and coordinating with them daily. 
• Prepare and process all necessary employment documentation (e.g., offer letters, appointment letters, and relieving letters).
• Provide general administrative support to senior management and other departments. 
• Work with a database for sourcing and tracking candidates
• Create a talent pool for prospects
• Maintaining Trackers and coordinating with the hiring managers
• Responsible for end-to-end Recruitment Cycle.
• Support to other department 
• Client visit to resolve their queries
• Admin related work

Requirements

• Any Graduate/Post Graduate
• Should have excellent communication skills
• Passion for HR and Talent Acquisition methods
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English

• To manage customer queries and cold calling for a B2B Website Process in the International Market .
• Will be responsible for new business development (Acquiring new business )and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Would be dealing in Web/Mobile App and Digital Marketing Domain.
• Preparing progress updates and documenting website development processes.

Requirements

• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Basic knowledge in computer operation.

• Prior exp in the International voice process would be an added advantage.

• Analyse process issues and gather related user requirements
• Develop appropriate solutions, primarily using the JIFFY.ai low code platform
• Obtain feedback from users and process stakeholders and implement improvements

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree required Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems OR equivalent external work experience.

Work Experience and Skills required:

• Good hands-on 3-5 years of experience in Java or similar application development
• Experience in OOPS, Model Driven Development. Knowledge of modern UI Technologies
• Knowledge and experience in any or some of the following disciplines is a very strong plus: REST API, Java, JavaScript, Xpath, CSS, HTML, relational databases, or Kubernetes
• Create Domain Model with associations between different entities along with inheritance concept.

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in Networking, shell scripting, and Linux internals, with a development background.
• Strong understanding of Networking concepts like VPC, Route tables, Host base router firewall, SSH, NAT, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, Virtual IPs, VPN
• Linux System Administration and Networking work experience
• Configuring Firewalls(IP tables/firewall) and security software
• Able to generate Linux packages, and configure based on business needs.
• Passion for cybersecurity. Ability to build secured Linux packages with antivirus and security patches.
• Shell, Python scripting experience
• Basic SQL skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional and remote teams. Must be able to communicate in English, both written and verbal.
• Interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with vendors and customers.
