QA engineer

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Service Desk & Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration, ITSM modules, and Service Desk operations. This role involves configuring, managing, and supporting the ServiceNow platform while ensuring efficient IT service delivery.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✔ Administer, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, and Asset Management.

✔ Provide L2/L3 support for ServiceNow platform issues and ensure timely incident resolution.

✔ Configure business rules, client scripts, UI policies, workflows, notifications, and forms.

✔ Manage user roles, groups, ACLs, and security rules.

✔ Support Service Desk operations, including ticket triage, prioritization, and escalation.

✔ Perform platform upgrades, patches, and testing activities.

✔ Maintain technical documentation and user guides.

✔ Ensure ITIL best practices are followed across ServiceNow processes.

🔹 Required Qualifications

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field.

✔ 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration and Service Desk support.

✔ Strong experience with ITSM modules – Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB.

✔ Hands-on experience with JavaScript and Glide API scripting.

✔ Knowledge of ITIL framework and service management best practices.

✔ Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, LDAP, Active Directory ).

Required Skills

● Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a DevOps Engineer

role

● Cloud Proficiency: Proven experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS,

Azure, or GCP).

● Scripting & Programming: Strong scripting skills in languages such as Bash, Python,

or Go.

● IaC Tools: Hands-on experience with Terraform.

● Container Technology: Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes.

● CI/CD Tools: Proficient with CI/CD platforms like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Travis CI.

● Configuration Management: Experience with configuration management tools like

Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.

● Version Control: Strong knowledge of Git and branching strategies.

● Problem-Solving:Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to automation

and continuous improvement.

Position Title: Sales Specialists

·      Have Knowledge of the UC &/or CC platforms in the market (Chat, Meetings, Video, Phone, Marketplace/API)

·      Having voice and Network knowledge, SaaS experience is nice to have

·      Have solid business acumen and executive presence, able to position UC/CC Communication platform end-to-end

- BE/BTech degree in CS/IT with more than 7 CGPA or similar.

- 5 to 8 years of proven experience as a Frontend Web UI engineer or similar role.

- Must have good understanding of Data Structures/Algorithms/Databases and other CS concepts.

- Should be able to design/implement/deploy end-to-end systems.

- Good/Hands on experience with Angular 8+ and scripting programming languages like JavaScript/Typescript.

- Good/Hands on experience with HTML5, CSS, SCSS, Angular Material or any other UI libraries

- Good/Hands on experience in writing the unit tests.

- Must have worked designing the Angular Modules based on the UI/UX provided with RxJs, NgRx, Websockets etc.

- Should be inquisitive enough to pick and work on multiple programming languages and frameworks based on specific cases.

- Having worked in at least one of the cloud computing services like AWS/Azure/Google Cloud is a plus.

- Good Knowledge on Dockers/Kubernetes is a plus.

- Having basic understanding of (or having worked in) server-side web frameworks like NodeJS, Flask, Django is a plus.
