We’re looking for a fast, creative 🎬 Video Editor who understands Bharat audiences (Tier 2/3/4) and knows how to create scroll-stopping, high-converting short-form ads.

🚀 What you’ll do:

• Edit high-impact Reels & short-form performance ads

• Create AI-powered video creatives from scratch

• Add strong hooks, subtitles, SFX & engaging transitions

• Collaborate with the team to test, optimize & scale winning ads

🎯 What we’re looking for:

• 1–3 years experience in editing ads/social content

• Strong performance-style, fast-paced editing skills

• Understanding of Hindi/Bharat audience psychology

• Proficiency in video editing + AI tools for short form content

• Own YT/IG channel with good metrics? Big bonus 🌟

• Drive co-branded marketing initiatives with merchants.
• Plan and execute major campaigns to drive merchant sales.
• Proactively engage with the merchant's marketing team and be the point of contact from the company India marketing team.
• Plan year-long marketing activities to help merchants gain visibility among company users.
• Plan campaigns for the pipeline of merchants.
• Run ads on major platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Google, Twitter. Build landing pages.
• Plan and manage the merchant marketing department's budget and prepare quarterly and annual reports.

Ideal Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 4+ years of marketing experience in a B2C facing business.
• Although not mandatory, the experience of working in a Marketing Agency/FMCG Company/E-Commerce Company/Fintech Company is preferred.
• Experience in ideating and executing major campaigns.
• Experience in running ads on digital platforms, Facebook, Google, Twitter, etc.
• Knowledge of building landing pages on WordPress is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and an eagerness to continuously learn emerging marketing trends and adopt the ones aligning with business objectives.
• Ability to coordinate and work with interdepartmental teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, strong time-management skills to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.

• You're proficient in Node.js/Javascript with a strong foundation in NoSQL/ SQL 
• You're proficient in React and strong frontend javascript foundation 
• Knowing GoLang and/or Solidity is a definite plus but not a requirement
• You have a passion for writing code as well as understanding and crafting the ways systems interact

• Experience in ISV development
• Performing AX version upgrade
• Awareness of latest technologies and trends
• Good understanding on AX Architecture
• Experience in Integration projects (Power app, Logic App)
