1、Job Responsibilities:

Backend Development (.NET)

• Design and implement ASP.NET Core WebAPIs
• Design and implement background jobs using Azure Function Apps
• Optimize performance for long-running operations, ensuring high concurrency and system stability.
• Develop efficient and scalable task scheduling solutions to execute periodic tasks

Frontend Development (React)

• Build high-performance, maintainable React applications and optimize component rendering.
• Continuously improving front-end performance using best practices
• Deployment & Operations
• Deploy React applications on Azure platforms (Azure Web Apps), ensuring smooth and reliable delivery.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to enhance CI/CD pipelines and improve deployment efficiency.

2、Job Requirements:

Tech Stack:

• Backend: ASP.NET Core Web API, C#
• Frontend: React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Redux or other state management libraries

Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming, performance optimization, and task scheduling​

• Proficiency in React performance optimization techniques, understanding of virtual DOM and component lifecycle.​
• Experience with cloud deployment, preferably Azure App Service or Azure Static Web Apps.​
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows, with strong coding standards.

We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager with strong tech leadership and hands-on expertise in Java + Spring Boot.

• 3+ years of experience in UI/frontend development.
• Hands-on experience using React as a front-end development framework.
• Sound knowledge of front-end development languages, tools and methodologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and associated technologies and toolsets (e.g. jQuery, Sass)
• Able to write front-end code that is cross-browser and cross-device friendly, through responsive or adaptive techniques is essential.
• Working knowledge of AWS for product development and deployment is preferred
• Experience using Continuous Integration (CI) / Continuous Delivery (CD) systems for development and deployment.
• Proven knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD).

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong knowledge in MongoDB, MySQL administration having 7+ years hands-on experience

Who we have in mind: 

• Demonstrated experience as a Java
• Should have a deep understanding of Enterprise/Distributed Architecture patterns and should be able to demonstrate the relevant usage of the same
• Turn high-level project requirements into application-level architecture and collaborate with the team members to implement the solution
• Strong experience and knowledge in Spring boot framework and microservice architecture
• Experience in working with Apache Spark
• Solid demonstrated object-oriented software development experience with Java, SQL, Maven, relational/NoSQL databases and testing frameworks 
• Strong working experience with developing RESTful services
• Should have experience working on Application frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, AOP
• Exposure to tools – Jira, Bamboo, Git, Confluence would be an added advantage
• Excellent grasp of the current technology landscape, trends and emerging technologies

• The incumbent is solely responsible for executing a project effectively & efficiently, within the given deadline. One point contact for all the assignment related issues.
• The incumbent should have the ability to manage various projects efficiently at a time.
• Able to explain the concept of Mystery Shopping to Freelancers and should make sure that they register & assign shops to Freelancers based on the criteria provided by the clients
• Train and guide shoppers to perform the audits as per client requirements
• Makes sure that the assignment timelines are strictly followed.
• Should be proactive in getting new Freelancers and add them into our database
• The incumbent should have knowledge about international job portals
• The applicant should be prompt in handling client queries
