About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Executive Assistant / Operations Coordinator to support the CEO in managing daily operations and ensuring smooth communication across all teams. This person will act as the CEO’s right hand—coordinating tasks, tracking progress, following up with team members, and ensuring everything runs efficiently.

The ideal candidate is someone who can take ownership, manage people and processes, and keep the CEO updated on priorities, deadlines, and issues.

Key Responsibilities

CEO Support

• Act as the primary point of coordination between the CEO and internal teams.
• Manage the CEO’s schedule, meetings, and task priorities.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports summarizing progress, blockers, and upcoming activities.
• Follow up on assigned tasks with team members and ensure timely completion.

Team & Operations Management

• Coordinate across departments (marketing, tech, sales, operations, support) to ensure alignment.
• Track team members' workloads, project statuses, and deadlines.
• Ensure all teams follow SOPs, workflows, and reporting structures.
• Maintain an organized overview of ongoing projects, tasks, and deliverables.

Communication & Documentation

• Draft internal communication, meeting notes, action items, and reminders.
• Handle basic administrative work (emails, follow-ups, documentation).
• Maintain dashboards or trackers to monitor progress across departments.

Process Improvement

• Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to streamline operations.
• Help standardize reporting, workflows, and cross-team collaboration.

Confidentiality

• Handle all sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.

Requirements

• 2–5 years experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to manage people diplomatically while ensuring accountability.
• Tech-savvy: familiar with tools like Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, CRM systems, etc.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to anticipate needs.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Ability to create or optimize internal processes.
• Good analytical/reporting skills.

We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our fast-growing team.

The candidate must have:

• 3–4 years’ experience in Data Modeling in Python and AI/ML.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques and tools. Tools: RAG, LLMs, Agentic AI, Langchain, Langgraph, PyTorch, OpenCV, Pandas, Scikit Learn, CrewAI, Autogen or AI chatbots. Proven ability to use/create algorithms and run simulations. Experience: Minimum 1–1.5 years or 2 projects. A technical understanding of Microservice Architectures is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Azure Platform for deployment.
• Good knowledge of web frameworks such as Flask.
• Hands-on knowledge on a NoSQL database (Maria DB, Mongo DB, etc.).
• Experience in Visualization of Data using tools like D3.js, Plotly, Power BI, and Tableau. Experience in visualizing large data is a plus.
• Experience using a variety of data mining/data analysis methods with the ability to drive business results using data-based insights and work with large data sets.
• Comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams.
• Good designing skills and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.) would be an advantage.

What are the kinds of tasks Data Scientists do at TensorIoT?

As a Data Scientist, the kinds of tasks revolve around the data that we have and the business objectives of the client. The tasks generally involve: Studying, understanding, and analyzing datasets; feature engineering, proposing and solutions, evaluating the solution scientifically, and communicating with the client. Minimum Requirements: 

• Masters + 6 years of work experience in Machine Learning Engineering OR B.Tech (Computer Science or related) + 8 years of work experience in Machine Learning Engineering 3 years of Cloud Experience.  
• Experience working with Generative AI (LLM), Prompt Engineering, Fine Tuning of LLMs.
• Hands-on experience in MLOps (model deployment, maintenance)
• Hands-on experience with Docker.
• Clear concepts of the following:
• - Supervised Learning, Unsupervised Learning, Reinforcement Learning
• - Statistical Modelling, Deep Learning

 To lead virtual meetings with potential clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensure that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution. Collections Manager Responsibilities:
