Responsibilities

· Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.

· Training, mentoring and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.

· Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.

· Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.

· Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.

· Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.

· Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.

· Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials.

· Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred.

· 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master

· 3-4 implementation of LCNC platforms like Mendix.

· Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict

· Ability to work with internal stakeholders and vendors

· Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills

· Ability to adapt to a changing environment

· Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction

Required - Chartered Accountant

Location: Ahmedabad

Must have experience as a CA in the Automotive industry Retail Industry or service industry 

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing financial activities, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic financial guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the company's financial operations, including but not limited to financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and tax regulations.
• Perform thorough financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.
• Manage and coordinate internal and external audits.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to optimize efficiency and minimize risks.
• Collaborate with other departments to support decision-making processes by providing financial insights and guidance.
• Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices to ensure adherence and relevance.

Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with relevant experience in a corporate setting or public accounting firm.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation laws.
• Proficient in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
• Previous experience in a similar role within a corporate environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting.

Skills: Java, spring, hibernate, AWS(mandatory), microservices architecture, redis(good to have)

Team Size: Current team size of tech team is 65+

Interview Process: 4 rounds( 1st round - Problem Solving/Data Structures, 2nd Round- Coding, 3rd Round- Technical Discussion and Final round with the HR).

Graphic Designer Requirements:

5. Experiment, measure, learn, and refine the outbound playbook.
6. Maintain contacts/leads, activities in CRM
7. Nurture leads through emailers, social media engagements.

Skills:

1. Demonstrated expertise in prospecting and lead generation in B2B SaaS.
