About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized Remote Personal Executive Assistant to support a small management team with day-to-day tasks and work on specific The ideal candidate will provide virtual assistance for personal and administrative tasks, and will lead projects from the ground up, collaborating and executing the plans to help scale the business. This role requires flexibility, reliability, and a strong commitment to confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and assist with travel arrangements, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

• Communication: Act as a point of contact for emails and messages; screen, prioritize, and respond to correspondence.

• Document Management: Organize and maintain digital files, records, and documents, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible.

• Office Task Support: Occasionally assist with office tasks such as data entry, preparing reports, and tracking inventory or supplies.

• Personal Assistance: Assist with personal errands, reminders, and other tasks to help balance both personal and work-related commitments.

• Project Coordination: Support with special projects, research, and tasks as assigned, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with extensive hands-on experience using Tally software.
3. Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and tax regulations in India.
4. Proficiency in Tally software, including configuration, customization, and report generation.
5. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret financial data accurately.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
7. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
8. Knowledge of Indian taxation laws and regulations, including GST and TDS requirements.

Role Description:

We seek a Sales Development Representative (Fresher) to join our remote team at OptimHire. In this role, you will focus on scheduling demos with potential clients, which will then be conducted by our Account Executives. You will be the first point of contact, playing a key role in promoting our solutions and driving interest in our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 300–350 outbound calls per day to prospective clients.
• Book 4–5 demos per day for our Account Executives.
• Utilize email and LinkedIn to generate leads, nurture prospects, and schedule appointments.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.

Working Hours:

8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST (Night Shift).

Fully remote position with the requirement to be available during these hours.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Inside Sales & Business Development skills (basic understanding or coursework is helpful).
• Lead Generation & Sales skills (experience in customer service or sales is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable with night shifts (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST).
• Proficient with email and LinkedIn (training will be provided).
• Willingness to make 300–350 calls per day and achieve 4–5 demos booked daily.

1. Salary range - 15k - 20 k (0-1 years experience)- Should be able to make a full responsive ecom ( woo commerce) website in 3 days 
2. Senior designer/ developer.  - 25- 40k  -Should be able to handle the team of 9 designer ,    -To make sure the checklist provided by client is met. -To make sure Deadlines to met for delivery .

P.s salaries entirely on the basis on ability  to perform and existing knowledge.
