Job Description : 

- Lead Graphic Design Projects & Team: Oversee and guide the designers across multiple projects, ensuring that designs are visually compelling, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives.

- Work closely with fellow designers, internal teams, to define design requirements, align on visual goals, and ensure designs meet project brief. 

- Develop high-quality visual assets for both digital and print, including logo & branding, website graphics, social media content, email campaigns, brochures, banners, and other marketing collateral.

- Design Iteration & Feedback: Provide feedback, iterate on designs, and refine visuals based on inputs and user feedback to ensure the final product aligns with business goals and user needs.

- Branding & Identity: Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in design across all touchpoints and platforms, both digital and print.

- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers & Interns, helping them enhance their design skills, follow best practices, and grow in their careers.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the creative team remains innovative and competitive in design practices.

Job Purpose:

The role entails the responsibility to be a part of IT Governance and Compliance Team of the bank and would be working towards GRC control function: Compliance & Regulatory reporting viz Cyber KRI, TRANCHE, ICAAP etc.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Custodian of IT governance and IT process governance framework.
• Handling of Regulatory audits and submissions.
• To understand Indents from regulators, collated, review the data and timely submission.
• Responsible for IT policy creation, review, update, awareness, and monitoring.
• Administration of key IT processes: E.g., incident management, policy exception management
• Will be reporting to Lead IT Governance.
• Identify improvements and breakdowns in IT governance elements with significant business impact.
• Create and maintain library of governance artifacts and other supporting documentation.
• Proactively identify and manage risks/issues, ensure proper visibility and communication occur to senior management.
• Ensures compliance with all policies and procedures in the execution of technology projects.
• Provide guidance and trainings to Project team members in the field regarding IT governance.

What you will be doing

• Build and execute impactful research plans that provide deep customer insights needed to impact strategy and UX. Innovate and develop approaches to measure users’ experiences.
• Execute rigorous research within complex constraints such as recruiting hard-to-reach audiences, overcoming remote research technology challenges, and adapting approaches to give people of all abilities, languages, and boundaries space to contribute.
• Synthesize and derive insights across research that you will conduct on your own or in partnership with other researchers, prior research, and quantitative data sources including product telemetry and experimentation to derive useful and human-centered insights.
• Build clear and compelling narratives that land your customer-focused, human-centric research insights at the right level of altitude for different partners including engineering, design, and marketing teams.
• Continuously inform design and engineering plans using customer insight (qualitative and quantitative). Critical to this accountability will be identifying gaps and customer pain points, as well as potential customer delighters.

What are we looking for

• 5+years of UX Research and analysis experience in the consumer-facing Product space.
• Extensive experience with qualitative and quantitative user research, including experimental design, sample selection and recruiting, surveys, focus groups, in-person and remote usability testing, ethnographic field research, and more.
• Portfolio containing work samples representing complex system research and user testing outcomes for web, desktop and mobile experiences.
• Degree in HCI, Human Factors, Anthropology, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Engineering or a related subject, and practical, hands-on experience conducting research in technology-related fields.
• Ability to productively collaborate with project stakeholders and teams that are both local and geographically distributed, representing a variety of cultures.
• Ability to keep track of multiple projects and connect the dots, to complement the core product and business values.
• Willingness to work both independently and collaboratively with tight deadlines, and multi-task efficiently in high volume, fast-paced settings.
• Strong communication skills to confidently present to various audience types and seniority levels, and an ability to provide bottom-line insights that help teams realize the tangible value and productively execute on research/testing findings.

YOUR ROLE SPECIFICATIONS

Areas of responsibility include but not limited to:

• Create and execute a strategy and roadmap to migrate to Dynamics 365 for all business units.
• Lead and support Trade & Logistics and Manufacturing process areas in MS Dynamics AX2012, across business units in 9+ countries.
• Interact with and manage key stakeholders in Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Sales functions to ensure seamless business execution and drive enhanced value from ERP and related IT solutions through process standardization and integration.
• Responsible for managing the MS Dynamics AX upgrades, enhancements, new functionalities, business case development and performance measurement as needed by the businesses from time-to-time.
• Evaluate and drive adoption of new technologies (like Bar Code based Inventory Management, Warehouse Management Systems, EDI interfaces with customers and 3PL partners, etc.) in Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes
• Evaluate and recommend business process improvement solutions using industry best practices.
• Manage Application Management Support (through a team from our IT Partner) for T&L and Manufacturing processes of MS Dynamics AX2012 currently and Dynamics 365 subsequently, ensuring adherence to agreed SLAs.
• Drive implementation and adoption of business analytics and KPIs using solutions like Data warehouse and Qlikview.
